My husband then went inside and spoke with another employee, who explained that the drive-thru worker wasn't even processing the card properly--he kept pressing "skip." That's not a minor mistake--that's complete incompetence paired with a bad attitude. Instead of fixing the issue, he doubled down and wasted our time over something entirely preventable. This is exactly the kind of experience that drives customers away. Management needs to address this immediately, because behavior like that reflects a serious lack of training and accountability.
