I took my family here recently on a Saturday afternoon. The place was a ghost town and we soon found out why. First, there is no more wait staff: you place all orders at kiosks up front. The counter staff is gone. You can slog your way through the kiosk process and sit, after collecting the QR codes you are supposed to scan to get your drinks. My wife ordered a sandwich with extra Swiss cheese: she got it with cheddar, and only after asking did we find out they were out of Swiss and just decided on the substitution without mentioning this to us. They did take her meal off the check at least. The dining area was a sad shadow of what it once was and the place was silent. The food was pretty decent, but not really as they used to be, and the experience was much like going to an automat. Going to mark this off the list of places to go back to.

There's a lot of decent and good burger places around here now which are much better (community burger, prime, whataburger).
