The Indian dude behind the counter did not want to "take" my $30 in singles because he said he already had enough ones. So he declined me from getting gas. $30 dollars. I'm not even mad. I'm upset but the way my faith setup. God sees, and he'll get what's coming to him. He just wanted a reason to discriminate against me. But little did he know, I have credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay and whatever else I need. Judging me by the way I look and I still have to give you my business?? Smh. I'll let God handle it. But I can't believe I would have been denied gas for 30 dollars in singles. All because the Indian guy (It's mostly them out here) at the BP in Alpharetta was discriminating. Bad business. No one should deal with that.

This BP is located at the corner of Haynes Bridge Rd and Westside Pkwy in Alpharetta, not far from Georgia 400 exit 9 (Haynes Bridge Rd). The filling station has 16 pumps. During my visit, they were grimey, but in good working order. This station offers all three grades of unleaded fuel plus diesel. I used pump 3. The displays were old, but legible, and my receipt printed out clearly. There's a taqueria attached to the convenience store called Taqueria Cuernavaca. No car wash or anything like that. There are medians on both Haynes Bridge Rd and Westside Pkwy that make it impossible to make left turns out of the property. You'll have to drive out the back and go to Rainwater Dr if you want to make a left turn back onto the main roads. Overall, this place is fine. QuikTrip and RaceTrac are better, but they're also more congested.

COSTCO TIRE CENTER: Got a nail on my tire the previous day…read more(04/23). Booked an appointment for Friday at 11:30 AM. I was there at 11:35 AM. Agreed I'm late by 5 minutes and what so ever most of these kind of places would be able to accommodate and help me with the issue, but for a change Costco Tire Center in Alpharetta doesn't! I usually call ahead and let someone know if I'm running late, but when I got into Windward Parkway it was too much traffic and got delayed so didn't get a chance to call them ahead and let them know that I would be running in 5 mins late. Upon reaching, I was made to wait for 15 minutes until 11:49 as there was just one guy attending 3-4 people ahead of me. By the time I got my chance the ONLY person who was at the front desk simply refused to take in as per my appointment (even though I told him I was here by 11:35) and he was busy with others and no one else was there to attend me who was in the line as per the appointment. The two people ahead of me were enquiring about new set of tires going back and forth which had no relevance to the rest of people standing in the line for pick up or drop off. So yes, I was moved to the WALK IN queue and was told it would take 2 hours at least. I didn't have an option. But had to wait there for 2.5 hours. What should have been a simple 30 minutes to 1 hour job, took almost 3 hours. I'm pretty sure even if I had reached exactly at 11:30 I would have made to stand until 11:49 because the people ahead of me were trying to buy out the whole tire shop or not sure. Nothing against them, but definitely they need to have separate lines for new tire inquiries versus pickup or drop off! Really it's high time they look for someone to be there at the front desk to handle two entirely different things. Because anyone can walk in and enquire for an hour or two or for the whole day about different tires they have in stock, the offers, the perks the additions the benefits the rewards etc, while the pick up or drop off customer has to simply wait behind them until it's their turn and sacrifice their appointment slot! Have been to the Dunwoody Tire Center and they are a lot better in my mining except that they are far away from where I currently live and can't afford to drive with a tire having low/ no pressure. Never would even think of returning here for the long unnecessary wait times and attitude that these people have and definitely showing zero compassion towards customers. BOTTOMLINE: Extremely long unnecessary wait times. You miss your appointment (even if it's not your fault entirely) they literally throw you off the list and make you wait for close to 2-3 hours just because they can't check you in because they are busy handling other customers and there's only one front desk person available. Avoid unless you don't have a choice! Very much disappointed.

Kroger is my very favorite grocer. I hardly shop for groceries elsewhere. In over three decades as…read morea Kroger customer, this has never occurred to me before at any Kroger store I have shopped at. I approached the self-checkout kiosk to begin scanning my groceries. I noticed a paper coupon that had been spit from the kiosk's mini printer was left by a previous customer. I removed the coupon from the printer. Before I had a chance to determine whether it was a promotional coupon or Kroger information printout, the Kroger self-checkout attendant, routinely known for her domineering disposition snatched the coupon from my hand, tore it to shreds and deposited the pieces in the trash container. The employee claimed that the printed paper coupon was tied to another customer's Kroger account. I did some investigating by engaging a session with a Kroger chat agent as well as with Kroger customer telephone support representative. Kroger addresses promotional codes being non-transferable but there is no written policy in reference to printed coupons. I routinely receive Kroger paper coupons in the mail. When I have Kroger coupons I do not intend to redeem, I courteously leave those coupons next to their appropriate items within Kroger stores for other Kroger shoppers to use. I have never had a Kroger employee stop me from doing this. There is no Kroger policy prohibiting this practice. Employees such as the one I unpleasantly encountered during this occurrence are a liability to Kroger, not a benefit. I sympathize with a store manager who must deal with the routine consequences of such callous and unprofessional behavior.

On February 3, 2026, at approximately 2:10 PM, I visited a Kroger store to make a purchase. I want…read moreto begin by noting that I was very pleased with the food offerings and pricing, including the fried chicken, sushi, and fresh fruit selections. Unfortunately, my experience at the self-checkout was concerning and prompted me to reach out. While completing my purchase, an employee working the self-checkout area approached to verify my identification for a beverage purchase. I presented my ID as requested. The employee insisted on physically holding my ID card, stating it was store policy so she could determine whether it was real. After I showed my ID and put it away, she asked to see it again because the birth date had been entered incorrectly. During this second request, she attempted to take the ID from my hand in a forceful manner. I found this interaction embarrassing, uncomfortable, and a clear disregard for my personal space. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for many years and spend a significant amount annually at your stores, so this experience was especially disappointing. I fully understand the importance of ID verification; however, I do not believe it is necessary for an employee to physically take a customer's wallet or ID, nor to handle the situation in a way that feels accusatory or aggressive. I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed and that your team be reminded of appropriate customer service standards.
