But really, who would know if he knows anything if he does not do his own work? 3. His office won't see you without you providing other doctor's opinions. That kind of process tends to reinforce the incorrect diagnoses of the past. 4. Makes dangerous diagnosis based on presumptions instead of empirical evidence. More info: 1. (With no insurance, my choices are limited.) The staff is efficient. I was QUITE impressed with the DOCTOR who attended to me. (NOT a "PA," as in some clinics. An actual doctor.) He spent about 20 minutes with me initially, explaining everything. After an x-ray, he spend ANOTHER 20 minutes. In most of these places, they make the nurse do everything, and the doctor whips in-and-out within five minutes. I was also provided with a VERY detailed report - three full pages, with all of his observations, recommendations, etc. I would definitely go again. Granted, it is not cheap. But if you do not have a primary care physician, it is quite handy.
