Nicholas quickly located a 1-ton truck with tow-package and assured us that the truck would be available for us on National Donut Day. We also had a parking-lot height-restriction of 6'8" --- Nicholas swiftly located the truck specifications and assured us that we would be able to park the truck at our San Francisco destination. When picking up the 1-ton truck, Roxy pleasantly greeted us with the stellar hospitality of a small Family-Run-Business stepping us through the contract and insurance options and then walking us around the truck to ensure we were familiar with the truck operation, diesel fuel system, and tow-package. Roxy also accommodated us for our delayed truck return and seamlessly extended our contract over the telephone. The towing capacity and performance of the 1-ton truck AND the Limitless Customer Hospitality that we experienced at Enterprise Truck Rental Santa Maria led us to rent a second 1-ton truck the following month. This time, Roxy secured us "Black-Beauty", a 1-ton Chevy 3500 Dually with extendable side-mirrors for towing our wide-trailer. At pick-up, Nicholas checked us in and got us out on the road to San Francisco within minutes, literally!
