Not possible to make a prior appointment they had told me. Then, when the door opened they were about to take someone ahead of me. They said he booked his appointment online. A new computer system, they said. WHAT?!? I would like to have booked an appointment too. They did take me first after a keffuffle and the manager asked me to keep my voice down. We had to wait for the manager to count the cash before they could take anyone (5 min. delay). Lynette did a good job cutting my hair and I waited for a lady to pay before I could pay for mine. The manager couldn't figure out how to get the credit card machine working so the lady ended up paying in cash. Their front entrance carpet was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. When the telephone rings someone has to stop serving their customer and answer the telephone. Room for improvement at this place.

Two weeks after an absolutely horrible visit at a different local salon (feel free to read my review for that one...OIY!), I called Angie based on the positive reviews she has already received. She was very up-front about working on other salon's disasters and explained her pricing structure. I felt an immediate sense that "she knows her sh**" and I promptly made an appointment. During our first appointment, she was alarmed about the state of my nails...and rightly so, I'll add - they were in a dreadful state after going to a chop shop that calls itself a spa - hah! She professionally advised me that she could definitely help, although it would take some time to get them into "magazine quality" state. She took the time up-front to examine my nails thoroughly and explain what she would do. (I have never had anyone do that before!) It is now almost 4 months later and my nails have never looked or felt better and they are "almost" in magazine state. In my humble opinion, they already are amazing so I can't wait until she advises me that they are up to her standard. ;) Angie is punctual, professional and her salon is spotless!
