They looked at us confused because they weren't used to that being the case in Mexican restaurants we go to in Phoenix. We said it was a nice holdover until the food got there. The same thing happened with the drinks though; the kids ordered a soda and it came in cans and the waiter said "no refills". Again, not that big of a deal but they were only saying it to our kids. The people who got water though asked if the water could get refilled and the waitress said it could but didn't seem like she wanted to because only a couple refills were filled during the meal. Some of the food had quick a kick to it, so more water or something to drink would've helped. The food was kind of hit or miss; some people really liked their dishes and some were just okay with what they ordered.
