Phoebe said I never gave the check and application to her. Then my daughter went in for a tour and the Phoebe told her I never gave her the paperwork. Then I stopped by to get another form and they ran out of copies and was told they would email them to me. I was talking to one of the staff I told her in my opinion that the experience so far was not a very good one. The email was never sent. My daughter then called again to inquire about what she needed to do because she was never contacted by ANY of the administrative staff after several messages. Phoebe didn't try to make the situation right only called me a liar and told my daughter that I had been rude and made a scene in front of other parents. If the administrative staff is this incompetent just imagine how they will care for your child. I would steer clear of this facility.

They were able to give us many options from a local kill shelter (without us feeling pressured- really!) and then followed through with all the information we could ask for about the dogs we were interested in. Jillian was constantly available and willing to work with us when it came to transportation for our new pup. We received constant updates with pictures from both Jillian and Chad, which made us feel included through the entire adoption process; from them pulling him out from the kill shelter and then rehabilitating him until we were able to adopt. And after a while he started to hug the ladies that were caring for him goodbye for the day. He would still be going here if covid had not forced them to close because of low enrollment. I'm putting this review because they earned it! I'm not the type to give respect till it's earned. And all the ladies and 1 man earned my respect a million times over for caring for my son like he was one of their own!!! Homework is beyond sending worksheets home, but instead, teachers implement a hands-on, interactive approach to learning.
