There are 2 different beds a beginner one and a super bed. After going for two weeks i booked for the super bed as my colour was still white twice the lady bumped me back to the beginner bed and let someone else have my booked appt. for the super bed. The next week she did the same thing! Their is only one lady who does this the rest are very friendly and dont bump you out to convenience some one else! Now this is my last week and today she did the same thing even though i double checked that i was in the super bed. My colour has not changed much at all so i would recommend going elsewhere!!!!!!

Kim hurt me as she filed my nails even though I demonstrated that she was hurting me. The dip process was the worst I have experienced, with polish and glue still stuck to my skin around my nails when she was finished. After she finished my nails, Kim became impatient and went to the cash to wait for me to get up, without helping me remove the kleenex between my toes, and looked frustrated until I came to the cash to pay. I am new to Stouffville, and will now be looking for another salon for my manicures and pedicures, even though I have had good experiences at Pedi N Nails in other locations.
