I have been a customer of qvc for years.and as a very frequent customer I was treated with great customer service.but last night,I was shocked the way I was treated.the customer service operator was rude a obnoxious,I was ready to place a large order until I was yelled at and made to fell like an idiot.i don't know why QVC would hire such a horrible person,but best be assure I will not call or buy from them any more.even the supervisor had nothing to say,but sorry .I'm done with big corporations making the customers feel bad to the point they won't call back....you lost me as a customer,and I hope you lose a lot more,maybe you need to interview your employees before hiring them.... read more

I have been a customer since 2006 , and I must said that now when I purchased a item , it took for ever to get it by mail and whrn I send it back it took longer to get a refund. qvc (TV) only accepts reviews that are 4 and 5 stars for their products. I had an issue with WEN shampoo and gave it one star, they refused my review. The review was that when I purchased the product I went online and saw they had several lawsuits against them (WEN) that women were losing their hair. I immediately returned the product and several days later they asked me to review my purchase which I did. Again, they did not accept the review. No wonder everything they sell is 4 or 5 stars, apparently they do not take negative reviews. I guess we can't trust reviews any longer either. read more

The worst customer service experience. My mom bought a $200 vacuum on qvc.com, that we returned due to its poor design. When I went to return it to the QVC store in Frazer, PA, they explained they wouldn't accept the return since it was purchased online. The experience was a great reminder of why I shop on amazon. Finally! I ordered an Xbox One the same day and that was already delivered. In fact, that was delivered last night! Why did it take so long to ship out this purse? I was promised that the purse would arrive by 12/24 in time for Christmas and it looks like it won't be here in time. I've ordered 1100.00 in merchandise this month from QVC and this is the second item that will be delivered late. The sonic toothbrush / water pick will be late too. This was the only gift that I bought for my wife for our first Christmas being married / living together. I can't even afford to buy something else for her in the mean time because I spent the last of my money for the first payment on this purse. Now she won't have anything to open on Christmas day from me. I've called QVC everyday for the past four days asking why the purse hasn't shipped yet and each call I was assured that the purse will be delivered by the 24th and not to worry. They stated that the promise date (E.D.D.) will be the day it's delivered. Had I known there would be a possibility that the purse wouldn't arrive I would have bought her something else. I'm also upset that when I spoke with the Customer Service Representative Supervisor today he stated that there was nothing he could do. I then asked about having the purse overnighted and he said that QVC doesn't overnight packages. Working in a customer service setting myself, that's a totally unacceptable resolution. At my company if we make a mistake, we do everything in our power to make things right and take care of our customers needs. I would have even payed to have the purse overnighted even though I shouldn't have to because of an error on QVC's part. The supervisor wouldn't even make any phone calls today, he insisted on sending an email and waiting for someone to read it and contact me. Great customer service QVC! Thanks for FINALLY SHIPPING MY ITEM! One last question........ WHY IS IT BEING SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND IF ITS ALREADY LATE? I don't understand that! Please look into this and call me. Also, I was glancing through QVCs shipping policy and she enough, if a customer requests an item to be overnighted it can be arranged. These CSRs lie through their teeth and don't even know their companies own policies! Beware of ordering from them and expecting items to be delivered as promised.  P.S. Nothing but great experiences with them. Just ordered the cutest set of ice cream dishes online. They arrive in perfect condition and were just as cute as the online pictures. The TV show can be very addicting! :) Be careful, the option to have flex pay can be very tempting, so unless you know you are able to have the money automatically taken from your account don't do it. I could not be more disappointed with QVC!!! I thought they were a first rate retailer. Boy was I wrong, upon returning items -completely within their return guidelines, i received numerous calls from them claiming my refunds were rejected by my financial institution. I purchased the items via my QVC account where my credit info is stored and expected to have my refund issued the same way. After at lest 6 calls to QVC - equaling hours of time - to both QVC Customer Service, my financial institution, a two way call with both of them on the line, escalating the call to a QVC manger, waiting 2 days to get a return call from the manager who promised a resolve within 4 days, which never happened.... the only way I can get my money back is via a check sent to me via USPS - that will take a min of 10 business days. I have been shopping with QVC for over 30 years and recently received a letter saying I've been returning too many items. I was shocked when I read this letter. The hosts are very good sales people and say if you don't like the item it can be returned within 30 days, but what they aren't saying if you return what they think is too many they will close your account ability. The reason for so many returns is the quality is so bad and they aren't checking items out before they're shipped out. If you like something and it comes damaged and you reorder it, it goes against you. I love sending things to my kids for gifts but when you receive broken or dented items how can you give those as a gift. I've tried the as is and have found notes in the package from other customers telling QVC not to send this out again because it's damaged but they send it right out again, they don't even check it out. I like QVC but getting a letter like that was horrible and very hurtful. I guess they expect you to keep all the damaged items they send you. I just want to make everyone aware of this and I'm going to report this to the BBB. They should be telling people the truth about returns if this is what they're expecting instead of receiving a letter in the mail. read more

I have been a customer of QVC for a very long time, I do like their products and prices, however the shipping department is a complete mess. They used to have an option between UPS and USPS delivery which no longer exists and unfortunately everything is shipped through USPS, either partial or completely. Needless to say, the post office has always had problems with slow and inefficient delivery. I did not receive several of my packages which were lost by the post office and my recent package again was rerouted to the wrong location by the post office!! I have complained many times to the customer service and they have assured me that I'm not the only one who is complaining about the same issue! Is anybody at QVC listening to the customer complaints ? It is a shame that such a large and successful company operates at 19th century level!! I've been a QVC shopper for at least 20 years and up until the last year, a satisfied customer. I don't know what's happened to this company that swore to deliver quality, value and convenience. The merchandise selection has been terrible. They no longer carry their staple brands that so many folks loved like Birkenstock, Northern Nights and great makeup brands. Don't order any of the food. It is very overpriced and most of it is terrible. Shipping is a nightmare. Like other reviewers, orders show up a month after they're ordered if you're lucky enough to get them. Returns sit in limbo somewhere and getting your refund takes forever. I'm delighted their product selection following Christmas has been awful so I'm not tempted to spend money with them. I have several items to return but I'm apprehensive about sending them because I'll probably have to wait months to get my money back. Shop elsewhere folks. Bought Keurig Kold drinkmaker 2/2016. 6/2016 was discontinued, Keurig offered refund. Submitted request to Keurig. Got email from QVC they were crediting my original form of payment. Unfortunately, the orig form of paymt was a gift card. OK, theyll send check. Several followups ensued because they keep going back and forth telling me the check is in the mail, oh no we dont issue checks. (Well, they do if you paid by check. They just wont budge from their policy). So, they are in essence keeping my money for themselves, offering only a store credit which forces me to spend my money with them. I wouldnt have even taken it to a bad review except that the woman I spoke with today told me to call corporate (who has already denied me) but wouldnt give me the number. Wow. Just got done reading the scads of (bad) reviews of QVC. I, too, have been a prolific customer for years mostly buying jewelry. Years ago, I bought gold jewelry because they had the lowest prices. They used to refer to gram weight of items and the per gram price compared to the then current price of gold. That is long gone. Then I discovered their CZ brand. For years, the quality was excellent and consistent. That's a thing of the past, too. What you get might be really pretty or it might be cloudy. It might hold up for years or the stone(s) might fall out the day after you get it. Stopped buying that, too. What I've noticed recently is that when you place an order, you don't have much time to cancel it. You used to have at least two or three days. I ordered something yesterday and tried to cancel it less than 12 hours later. Nope, nope, nope, already in process, so sorry! Sorry, my foot. That's okay. It'll be interesting to see how quickly it ships. When it shows up, it's going right back. I'm done with QVC. read more

Negative stars!! I returned an item that I purchased because it didn't work as well as I hoped. I paid $30 on easy pay. They only refunded me $7 for the item. This is one crooked business!! I felt like I paid for this item several times, returned it, still owed them money. How does that seem right?! I was so happy to finally get the card paid off. They drew me in with a $40 account credit. Little did I know it was not a credit card credit but the credit went on my qvc account. Like I would buy anything else from these crooks. I called the credit card customer service several times and the last time I spoke with someone they assured me that the account was paid in full then to my surprise I was hit with $20 more to pay them. I contacted better business bureau as well and qvc kept stating that I was issued a refund but they failed to give me a FULL refund. Qvc didn't want to address the issue so they've lost my business! I've been trying for a YEAR to get my on-line access straightened out. Every time I try to log in I get a message that say I don't have an account. Bottom line, I have orders on easy pay and I have no way of seeing my account, how much money is being deducted or even when QVC is deducting payments from my checking account. Today, Gayle from the QVC customer service (if you want to call it that), couldn't help me and told me "there wasn't anything more she could do for me"! I wish can give no star for qvc. I had a problem where someone i used to know placed order to be shipped to me which i didn't give him permission to do so. So when i got orders is when I found out he did that. So i called and reported it to qvc. They had ups some pick items up and told me they will investigate him since he used a fake billing address that wasnt his and shupped it to me. I call qcv again to find out he added me to him account without my okay and i didn't give permission for him to do that. I call qvc headquarters to report all this findings to find out they picked up items never investigated him but instead okay what he did using my info faudulently using my neighbors as his billing address and they never investigated him all they did was okay him doing fraudulent things by refunding him his money. And instead of handling it correctly they shut down my account saying i gave him permission to do this shit which i told them 3 times i did not okay any of it. QVC just gets worse and worse. I ordered an item for my mother that she wanted, otherwise, trust me I would not be ordering anything from this company and I received a survey to complete. I was honest in answering my questions and as I clicked continue to the next question, I received a message, "we apologize, you do not meet the criteria of this survey". Apparently their surveys are like their reviews, I tried to post an honest review of the item I received for my mother and of course they would not post it. I use to be an avid QVC shopper but not anymore. It is very disappointing what has happened to this company. Their shipping costs simply amaze me! If your order 2 items of the exact same item, they will charge you double shipping costs. Oh, the item I ordered for my mother, I had to return it, the quality was so bad and of course it was shipped in a QVC bag vs. a box and was in bad shape when I got it. If I could give less than one star, I would. On June 5th, I ordered a MacBook Pro laptop from QVC and paid roughly $33 for premium 2-day shipping as I was going out of town on June 7th and needed to make sure I was home so it was not just left on my front porch. On June 6th, I had not received any up to date shipping info, so I called QVC. I was told that unfortunately they had experienced a power outage and no orders had been shipped but that I would be refunded my $33 fee and my ordered would arrive on Friday, the 8th. Seeing as I was going to be out of town, I made arrangements to have someone at my house on Friday to accept my order for me ensuring it would not be left on the porch. Nothing comes Friday and I receive no refund for faster shipping. I try calling QVC but get left on hold. Monday (while I am still out of town) the product is supposedly delivered. Left at my doorstep at 10:00am. No signature required on a $1700 purchase. When I finally return home late Monday evening, there is no computer, no delivery notice, nothing. Tuesday, June 12th, I call QVC and tell them that I never received the package and explained to the man I talked to that I was out of town and that I had informed everyone I spoke to prior to him of that, to which he replies "I am so sorry to hear of this confusion. I can issue you a refund right now. It should post back to your debit card within 3-5 business days" .. I thank him and we hang up. The following morning, someone from QVC's finance department leaves me a short voicemail with no call back number and she says "we are sorry to inform you, but we are not refunding you. Call your bank" .. I call and speak with yet another person who says "I apologize, I will get this pushed through and process your refund." .. AGAIN, Thursday morning, another message from QVC's finance department about not giving me a refund. On Friday, I post a review to QVC's page about the poor customer service and I immediately get a phone call suggesting my account has been hacked due to the review that was left to which I explain, no ma'am, I left the review. She tells me she will do what she can to make sure this is resolved because a signature was in fact required and will follow up with me Monday. We get off the phone and I immediately call UPS and UPS states "no, a signature was not required and that was QVC's choice. They also restricted us from being able to open our own investigation on this shipment." (not even sure what that means). This brings me to today, 2 weeks from my original order, she calls me back to tell me that she spoke to UPS and is sending UPS out to check the place where he dropped off my order but that they will still not be issuing me a refund and I need to dispute it with my bank. Two things here: 1) it is not mine or my bank's responsibility to replace a product or money for a product that QVC failed to deliver in a timely manner resulting in either theft or non delivery and 2) I truly hope no one else orders from them and if you do, make sure you have weeks to wait for your product and make sure you are home because they do not require a signature for delivery of products regardless of the amount! read more

Lord have mercy, what is going on with QVC? A month ago, I took two QVC 14k gold chains, to a gold buyer. I was told, one was fake ( after an acid test), and I was offered 20 dollars for the other, after I was told, it weighed only 1.5 grams. I never recall, ever, buying a 1.5 gram, 14k chain, from QVC (I took the money). I was very shocked, after QVC heavy- quality control hype, and would never dream, of any shenanigans, from them, in terms of selling counterfeit 14k gold. The gold buyer advised me not to buy from TV. I did notice, prior, that the rose gold chain, (that I was told, was fake), tarnished. If this is going on at QVC, what is going on, on the other networks? Purchase 3 Elsa dolls for christmas, my bank account was charged twice and I was charged an overdraft fee, I spoke to Gina at the San Antonio office and she was very, very rude and wanted my bank statement to credit me $10.00 overdraft fee, it was there mistake and they wouldn't at least offer me a $10.00 credit. I just had my first and last shopping experience with QVC. The show was Joan Rivers' Classic clothing line. I thought the two items were good-looking as modeled, but when I received them: (1) Jacket had fit that was too boxy and the 3/4 sleeves were cut too tight (and I have slender arms); (2) kimono top was made of cheap, flimsy synthetic, was not a true black, and embroidery was garish. Okay, I paid my money and took my chances. Why I will never order again is how much their S & H adds up to. And I saw no promotions, such as spend $50 and get free shipping or free to first-time customers. I will be out at least $17 for S & H to order and return these items. Back to Boscov's and others where I can take it back to a store if it does not work out, or Amazon where I can send it back for free and which does have promotions. read more

I was a QVC customer for years. Recently, my cousin gave me a Kuhn Rikon duel potato peeler..and I loved it. I went on line on May 1 2018 and ordered a set of 5 I was going to share with my sister; it's really a great peeler. I never received the order which was noted as "in stock" when I placed the order. So I called on May 8th the stated delivery date. I was told by customer service my call would be forwarded to "someone?" and shipped within 4 days. Today May 20th - never received the item. I called customer service again and the rep said the item is on backorder - another 3-4 weeks - after I already waited 3 weeks for an in stock item. I said why didn't I receive an email and why didn't the other rep tell me...no answer and no manager there I could talk to. He suggested I "call back". I cancelled the order. And based on this..I will tell all of my friends and after about 20 years of buying QVC will never buy from them again. If you are lucky and have no problems with your order then your experience is fine I'm sure but if you have a problem then this just creates a whole heap of problems that just take so much time to resolve that you wish you had never heard of QVC. It's where I'm at right now! If you are a first time buyer and your order goes through, they may need to verify you. Hang on to that phone because if you happen to miss that one call where no message is left and they are unable to verify you, they may cancel your account without warning and you will have to then speak to so many staff/reps to figure this out. You may be out of your money and getting a refund will be hard! Be forewarned. I have been a customer of QVC since they where first CVN (over 34 year) & have spent thousands of dollars, over that time period. I have never missed a payment & have been an excellent customer. But I will never buy anything from them again. I paid the last statement, in full, on my Q card on March 25 & received confirmation that they took the money from my bank account. I then closed the Q card & shredded the card. Now QVC keeps sending me emails saying that I still owe them $23.26, because Synchrony did not send them the payment. I sent QVC written proof (3times) that it was paid, but they refuse to accept this. I've also told QVC that I can't even get through to a person, at Synchrony, because you can't get through without your credit card number. Which I no longer have, since I shredded the card. I just spoke to a QVC supervisor named Otha, located in Virginia & he told me that I had to pay the $23.26 again, even though I sent QVC written proof that it was paid. Don't know what's happened to them, but between their terrible service & ridiculous shipping charges (they don't even combine shipping), I'm done. read more

In Feb 2016 I purchased A Serta Mattress Through QVC ordering a King Size Mattress and Order Number: 4841839656 Item Number: H208379 Item Description: Serta Perfect Sleeper 12"Influence EuroTop King Mattress Set It was delivered in March 2016. By the middle of April the mattress was sagging and I called both QVC who deferred me to Serta and was told the mattress was over 30 days old and thus there was no warranty except for a manufacturers defect. This was just crazy. I rotated the King mattress that was maybe 2 months old but to no avail of help I then called again in July and I initiated an inspection. I spent on this mattress $955 through QVC. The mattress is so bad I am on my 4th visit to a chiropractor and have gone out and placed an order for a specialty mattress awaiting the outcome of QVC along with Serta's investigation, I received an E Mail 8/30/2016 from Serta denying any defect to the mattress and sorry you are unhappy but nothing they will do. An average mattress has a life expectancy of 5 to 12 years and mine was only 5 months old. I want my money back and I will never ever purchase anything else from QVC item let alone anything manufactured by Serta. QVC says Serta makes the final decision. Please Help as this is just throwing money away and the service is pathetic. This purchase through QVC should have a guarantee and for QVC to be so nonchalant and unbending is unacceptable. With their ability to better demand warranty standards from Serta this is wrong really wrong. Any mattress store has better working relationships with Serta the does QVC that makes no sense. SHOPPER'S BEWARE.........I recently ordered items for my kids and was assured they'd arrive before xmas. I had mistakenly not thought to change my address on my bank card as I have gone paperless and do online banking. It was an honest mistake and I was completely shocked when my items did not arrive in time for xmas. I attempted to call QVC several times to figure out what went wrong. A few days after xmas, I received a call from William from Qvc's financing department who informed me that I needed to verify a few things with regard to my order. I answered his questions and asked why the items never arrived. William explained that I had a different address than the one I was shipping to. I explained to William that the address on my bank account is now my families vacation home and that I had relocated to attend Med School. I went on to ask William what I could do to fix this situation? should I go to the bank and change my address? should I have the items shipped to the address on my bankcard, instead? Since, this is an honest mistake I was hoping to correct the issue. He abruptly told me " ma'am if you continue to use profanity I will have to end the call!!! I couldn't believe this guy, so I immediately asked to speak with his supervisor, at which time he replied " I told you not to use profanity ma'am" and he hung up on me. I never uttered a profane word and sincerely wanted to resolve the issue. I feel that if Qvc has such measures in place to catch criminals/fraud, then they must have some measures in place to prevent honest, hard-working, decent people from being treated like common criminals. I ordered a drone as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and after 3 uses, it just stopped working. After the fact, I read tons of reviews on their website from other unhappy customers who had the same issue, and it appears the item was a lemon from the start. No problem since it came with a six month all inclusive warranty included in the box, right? Wrong. This has been the worst customer service and I am fairly certain they are doing it just to avoid replacing the drone. We called the number listed on the six month warranty THREE times and each time but the last we were told we would be sent return information via email that never came. We would call, give them all of the information and be told we would receive an email with the return instructions, and no email ever came. We just wanted a replacement, not even money back, let alone all our trouble and wasted time. The last time we called, they sent an email to my boyfriend that had the wrong information (i.e. wrong purchaser name, etc) and he had to call AGAIN to get them to send him the right info! Now, several weeks later again, I received an email that the drone was returned without authorization and will not be accepted at their warehouse and will be returned to us! Frankly that is insulting when we waited for the return address and authorization for a month, and seems like they are trying to fraudulently not honor the warranty. How would we even have the address to return, as that is what we were waiting for them to send us for a month or more, and we only were able to return it once we had the address and authorization! This has been a nightmare trying to return this and we wasted valuable time having to call over and over just so we could get the authorization and return address! To now say that there was no authorization when we spent all this time waiting to obtain it is ludicrous! We have done everything we were supposed to do. We received a faulty item and simply wanted to exchange it which is guaranteed according to the warranty! They have given us the runaround and now want to accuse us of not following procedure? We have waited almost 2 months already due to this incompetent service, and now they are trying to get out of exchanging it AGAIN! This is my first experience buying from QVC online and I wish I had read some of the reviews, as this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced and I am appalled that they are able to stay in business while wasting customer's time and not honoring their exchange policies! Maybe since they are ripping us off, it helps make up some of it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and if this is not made right, I will never shop with them again, and want to warn everyone that not only do they sell faulty products, but they give you the runaround on your return/exchange until you just give up. This company must have gotten some poor management over the years because I have ordered from them for more than 15 years and their service and products have progressively gotten worse. Long story, I ordered a Dell computer from them and not only did they send the wrong software but they would not admit it until the trial period ran out and then they realized after I had saved my spreadsheets, etc. that I was right and they did not send me the right software. Then they sent me software that was corrupt. I sent that back and have not heard from anyone since. I call them and all their customer service people can do is repeat and review everything that has already happened with your situation back to you so that they have time to read all the notes. My time is valuable and I do not care to sit and review so that someone else can read the details. I do not think this company is quality any longer when you have to pitch a fit to get someone to do what they should have done in the first place. I am very angry to say the least with QVC customer service. I ordered a very special gift for my boyfriend, and made no less than 3 contacts with QVC to ensure that the address was correct. I also logged onto my account may times to track the package, and viewed the street address exactly as I had entered it during the online order process. The product that I purchased was shipped directly from the manufacturer, and some how (no one seems to want to take accountability) the street number and street name were omitted from the address. I contacted QVC numerous times yesterday leaving my telephone number for a call back. I have also called once again today. Luckily, I have a background in Logistics, and I know a thing or two about Package delivery, and I was able to work this from numerous angles to have the package out for delivery the very next day, but QVC was of no help. When I realized that the PKG may be returned to the sender yesterday, because of the contract stipulations between QVC and UPS I contacted QVC for a replacement for next day delivery. I was told that the replacement would have a guaranteed delivery date would be January 3rd. That is unacceptable! It is also unacceptable that I have not received a call back from them in the last 24 hours. When ordering from QVC just realize that your package is not a priority. My advice -- Don't bother! If I can't be #1 I can't be your customer. read more
