Don't count on anything coming quick and don't count on canceling an order. On Jan 25 I ordered a pan from qvc. 4 days later it was still not processed. I called to cancel my order and was told I couldn't because the order was not coming from them. So they drop ship your order when you order it. They took my money when I ordered it but they don't have it. Today I Feb. 4, and it is suppose to come today. So that is 10 days to get a product from California that I wanted to cancel. If I want my money back I have to refuse shipment and send it back to California. So I may get my money back on day 20 that I tried to cancel on day 4. I ordered a JBL Sound Bar on 7/3/23 on Order# 6951449852 for $672.75. I received the package and my wife did not want me to keep it as she found the same product for $275.00. I called QVC and the CS agent told us we could return with the return tag that was on the package in the plastic pouch. We called again the next day, as we wanted to know if the amount listed at the top of the label was the cost for return shipping. We were told, yes, "the amount listed at the top of the Q Label is your return fee." We then gave the package to our postman to be returned with the QVC Label attached. A few days later we checked the return status on USPS tracking and the tracking number did not appear. We asked our postman what we should do, he said to visit his postal branch and inquire. They remembered the package as it was heavy and a strange shape. Nicole at this branch told us the package would not scan but that they put it in the QVC pick up bin for DHL to pick up. We have made 3 trips to the post office to try to get help and have made phone calls daily to both QVC and Paypal for help. Supervisor's promising to call back and nothing, They are not taking any responsibility for sending the incorrect label for return. Now the package has not been received as return and no refund of our $665 either. Terrible customer service! We are doing all the research and running around and QVC is doing nothing! We have now tried to reach out to Pitney Bowes, where DHL ships QVC's returns, still nothing. It took 12 phone calls to get an email address to send the photo of the incorrect label to, still nothing! We are just looking to get our money back. This is completely insane! I signed up for the qcard with a $20 account offer that I am supposed to get in 6-8 weeks. Over 8 weeks later no credit and when I called I just got transferred to different people that just told me there was nothing they could do that it was computer generated. They couldn't even tell me if they saw I was owed it. Needless to say I doubt I ever get it and I immediately closed my qcard account. QVC messed up my order several times. They said my order was in stock, and I would receive it in a few days. It has been several weeks. I contacted customer service and was told my item was on backorder, but then I was told that they had the same item in stock. They said they would have to place a new order and cancel my old one for me to get it. They did that and put the wrong address. Then input the wrong payment method. I bought a switch on easy pay a couple days before Christmas and they took my first installment. They emailed the next day saying the order was cancelled due to a wrong billing address. I have been with QVC since the start. They always had great customer service and always put the customers first. Their service in the last couple of years has become horrible. The quality of the merchandise is not to what it used to be. I purchased an item and ask to exchange it for a difference size, customers service advised me that they will send the other size out as soon as the post office receives the item. It's going on 2 wks and nothing so I looked at my account online to find out they not only didn't ship out the new size item, but they still haven't received the returned item. I called and found out the item is in CA, one state from AZ. The rep told me it first went in the other direction to TX before going back to AZ and then onto CA. I was also told the previous rep did not note anything in my account and never shipped out the other size. Now the item is sold out!!! It is so frustrating to lose an item you were expecting because of horrible customer service reps. I did ask for a manager, however, now you have to wait for them to call you back. A couple of months ago I was informed that an item I purchased on auto-delivery was being canceled with no explanation. I called and was told they weren't making enough money to continue the auto-delivery program for that item. It's sad to see how far down QVC has gone. They have now lost another customer. read more

Hi. My name is Amy. And I'm a QVC addict. Don't get me wrong; I love to go ACTUAL shopping. Malls and me go together like peanut butter and jelly. But QVC has gotten at least a little bit... um, cool. They sell some of my favorite jewelry lines (Heidi Klum, Anthony Nak, Judith Ripka... all in sterling silver and significantly, as in I don't have to remortgage anything, less expensive than their Fifth Avenue shop counterparts). This past holiday season, as I was experiencing one of the never-ending joys of ah, continual pregnancy-related nausea (who in the CRIMINEY dubbed the term "morning sickness"?? It lasts all bloody day, for so far at least, a lovely 28 weeks!! Sorry... vent over!!), QVC proved to be a bit of a lifesaver. For the most part, the quality of the items is stellar. The prices are generally fair, sometimes even great, and it's rare that I've had to send something back. Their return policy is really good, tho, so there's not a worry about that. I'm psyched about seeing some of my fave beauty lines offered on QVC as well; 100% Pure, Philosophy, Bare Escentuals, etc, etc. It's a smorgasbord of products on there, from kitchen gadgets to clothing to electronics. I gotta say, if you're somewhat house bound, it can become a wee bit addictive. My other caveat about QVC (other than getting easily hooked!) is the S&H prices. Everything is priced separately, so even if you order 3 seperate items with different item #'s from the same jewelry line, for example, you're going to pay approximately $5-$7 per item. What's that now? Wayyyyyy too pricey for shipping, but otherwise, good stuff. Don't say I didn't warn y'all bout how addictive it is! read more

I use to love QVC. They were the gold standard in customer service until they were not. I bought the Pop Sonic Spade Face and Body cleansing tool in August of 2022. It would not hold the charge. So I called customer service. The woman I spoke with said she would order me another one and for me to send the defective one back when I received the replacement. She placed the order. Again that was in August of 2022. I must have called at least 12 times! Twice I was told it would be bumped up to a supervisor. Guess they were on vacation both times. I wrote 2 letters with no response. So last week ( Now in October) I called again and asked to talk to a supervisor. Was told one would call me. Oh, she did and said there was nothing she could do. I ordered 7 things that were lite & shipping was $30. After talking to customer service who was a girl with an attitude & no care way of speaking, I am so angry. The worst customer service in my entire life. I'm a new customer. I place a new order around November 2020 the supposed that was deliver at nov 17. But for my surprise I didn't received the product on that day. I called Nov 17 at night because I was worried that I didn't received the product. When I called the person who answered the phone told me that my order was canceled and I reply why. She said that the unable to verify my identity but you have to called financial dept. to talk with them. This is the second order that was lost in shipping. If I want them to send me another and the first one ever arrives, I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK. Yes, I have to go to the hassle of sending the package back to them . Their shipper loses the package in transit (again, this is the second time it has happened to me) and yet I , the customer, has to send back the item if it ever arrives or I will be charged for two !! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a $500 camera from QVC and recieved no shipping/confirmation information about my order. A week later I called to check on the status of my order and they told me I needed to verify my card. A week later ! (Wow). So I am already frustrated because I was never contacted that my order was on hold. So I gave them my card info and the representative told me they are pushing the order through. Fast forward another week I call to check on my order and they tell me it has been cancelled! So I reorder it and they tell me everything is fine now. Fast forward another week I call to check on the status of that order and guess what..they have no new order on file! By this point I want my money back and I went somewhere else. The representative I spoke to told me she would REFUND my order and send a message to the financial department with urgency I also asked her for written documentation of everything we discussed but apparently "it is not possible". Fast forward two days I call to check on the status of my return and what do you know THERE IS NO RETURN IN PROCESS. So by this point I am furious; I am on their chat support line and the phone at the same time ( so I'm talking to 2 different representatives) and they are both telling me different things about this refund process. So now they are telling me I cannot do refund because they have the money on hold and can't undo it. I requested to speak with supervisor and have yet to speak with one. Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered a metal tree with luminara candle on Aug 24. The first one was ordered (eventually) but it was crooked. After two attempts - I finally got the defective tree picked up and a new one ordered. The new one finally arrived - it was undamaged but it was the wrong color. After another two attempts - I am hoping the incorrect tree gets picked up tomorrow. I opened a QVC card because there was an offer of $40 off your purchase for opening an account. I purchased an item that was $50 and never received the discount. After 2 calls to synchrony bank they assured me there would be an offer in my paper statement. After this last call I never received a paper statement again! I'm retired and believe me I go through my mail thoroughly as well as my emails. Then I got an email saying "oops! you may have forgotten to pay your bill". What? I ordered a 65" tv on December 9 2018. I cancelled the order on December 12, 2018. I received and email that the order was in the process of cancelling. So Paypal takes the money out anyways. It took over a week to get Paypal to release the money back to my account. All good. I just happened to look at my order status today and it said the TV was shipped January 9 2018??!??! After I cancelled a month ago and Paypal took all my funds out of my account again this morning!! They said they have to contact the distributor to cancel a high end item. If I could give QVC a zero stars I would. I have had a QVC account for my fit but versa and everything went well until two weeks ago. I get a message my address has been changed then I got a message two apple iwatches had been purchased for a little over $1400.00. They wiped my bank account completely clean. Not a penny left. I spent my whole afternoon filing fraud complaints with QVC, my bank, my countys police department and the police in the county of the new address on my account was from. It took almost two weeks for my money to be refunded. This left us in a snow storm in Western Carolina with no food or no drinks or anything. Thanks QVC FYI: I have been reading reviews on all the popular websites and I keep seeing how they were not refunded, didnt get the gift or got not even a small portion of the money that they paid when they returned the murchandise. MAKE A POLICE REPORT. They will have no choice but to refund your money at that point. That's the only reason they agreed to refund my money. I sure hope this helps others. They had an offer for a QVC credit card so I took the offer and put $40 on it. The bill came in for a minimal payment of $34 dollars and we wrote a check and sent it in. Apparently it got there a day late and they applied a late fee for the same amount as the payment. The lady said that was in the contract. I had ordered a Dell laptop from QVC 6 months ago. Signed up for the QVC card, got approved. I was in dire need of a laptop cause my old one wasn't working correctly anymore. Let me say that I have shopped from QVC and have never had a problem. This time, however, pure lunacy. Got emails and voicemail that my order was delayed due to whatever, can't remember. It got shipped in July, however I was on vacation when it was supposedly delivered but never received any notice from UPS (not surprising, UPS is horrible). I am writing this review about QVC because I am so appalled and I felt other people who shop with them need to know what happened to me. I have been a QVC shopper for about twenty years and have always paid by check and have never missed a payment and have almost never sent merchandise back even though sometimes it was warranted. I have spent a significant amount of money over the years and have always paid on time and in fact early so as to insure I got my merchandise on time. This past christmas in july sale I spent a significant amount of money 600.00 and ordered all of my purchases via phone I was told in every case my merchandise was available and would be shipped as soon as they received my payment. There was no indication that my items were on back order or no longer available, had I been told that I would have made a decision as to whether I wanted to be placed on a list.I mailed all of my checks and waited patiently for my items to arrive. One item in particular was the new Valerie Parhill gingerbread house which alone was 140.00. I started getting form letters from QVC saying that my items were no longer available and were on back order. I was angry and knew no one ever indicated that my items were not available and found this practice to be very dishonest. I started making phone calls and everyone I spoke to sounded like they were reading off of a script. One person did tell me the truth and the truth is that because I pay by check QVC takes items that are big sellers and sells them to credit card payers first, so even though I am a paying customer and my items were available when I spoke to the reps, they took my things and gave them to credit card customers. This is at the very last false advertising and the fact that they continued to lie to me made this more upsetting. I cancelled all of my items with the exception of my holiday food items that will be shipped in December. I wrote on QVC facebook because I am appalled at this practice and one of the reps wrote stating they would explain their backorder policy..I want them to explain their deceptive business practices because that is the issue. I have invested a lot of time in the writing of reviews etc. because I couldn't believe it and I wanted others to know. I have read the reviews on other sites and they are horrifying at best. You would think that a company based on profit making would not be so consistent in their mistreatment and dishonesty of their customers. I am done with them and hope this review helps others. I began watching and became a member on day one when they only had a warehouse and a chair to demonstrate items. Their items at that time were priced well and they held up, but now they have become greedy, money hungry like all retail. Delivery of items would come in 5 days at the most and now it takes over 10 days. The items are not high quality and I have found 99% of them either in the store, or online at ebay for much less than they sell it for. Just an example, I ordered a set of 4 spatulas that can sit in a pot and not fall in and they were supposed to be silicone. Took them out of the box and was hand washing and 2 of the lips that hang on the pot broke off and a handle broke off the other one. These cost me $21.00 and it was not worth it to me to spend money to return them. Went to Target and got a set of six silicone spatulas for $7.99 and they have been used constantly for 7 months with no problems. Also the hosts that they have now are almost as nerve racking as the ones on HSN. I have stopped watching since these hosts have appeared, Dan Wheeler, Lisa Robertson, Jonathan Redford, Shawn Killinger, Jayne Brown and Jane Treacy. As for Shawn Killinger, she makes me just sick evertime she saids "hmmm" or tries to use many words that she makes up to describe a item. She comes off as such a snob and no-it-all. The only one that I truly trust is Carolyn Gracie. She's not pushy and she talks in a normal tone and she seems very down to earth. When they say that the item is exclusive to QVC, they are not telling the truth. Over the past 24 years I find the items in either Target, Ebay or online auctions like ioffer and Amazon with in a week or two and it is always much cheaper. This is what really made me hate QVC. I bought my granddaughter a Dell computer for her birthday which was over $1700. I went to her house to hook it up for her and she used it for about 4 months then it would not turn on, so I took it to my pc tech and when he opened the pc he was shocked and called all the tech guys to see this... The whole inside of the pc was held together with ONE (1) screw and the wires. The hard drive had dropped down onto some wires and hit the memory something and cracked a crutial part. At this time QVC no longer sold the pc and told me to basically "deal with it". Well I dealt with it, contacted BBB, cut up my Qcard and now they have lost my business of many thousands of dollars and I tell everyone that QVC sucks! Their quality control is null to none!!!!
