    I rushed in at end of business to make copies and mail off some important documents. There were 2…read morecustomers ahead of me but the gentleman behind the counter was super courteous-even going so far as the chase down the lady who had gone before me because she has left her laptop on one of the counters! Definitely above and beyond! All 3 of us were treated with care--given all of our options--and with meticulous attention to detail. He mentioned in small talk that he actually lives an hour from this location, so it's even more impressive that none of us felt rushed! The price to copy and mail a STACK of documents was under $20, so I will definitely be returning the next time the need arises...only next time, not so close to closing time!

Upon dropping a package off one day, Kenneth the manager said that he would adhere the shipping label and package up the very large box I brought in to ship. (Aprox 24x16) I trusted he would do it. Until about 3 days later I get a message from the recipient that instead of a large box containing his item he recieved a very small bag that contained something different. I immediately contacted the store. Gave them the tracking number we recieved and showed them the picture of the delivery UPS sent us as delivery confirmation of the small bag On his porch. I also showed them the picture that was sent to me from the recipient. The manager became very defensive! He said there was NO WAY he put our shipping label on the wrong package! He was very mad we accused him. * but think about it. How else would our correct shipping label go to the correct address but be the wrong package? I kept in contact with him to try and find our missing package. He stated he could get a copy of the camera tapes from inside the UPS store to find out exactly what happened with the label and package. I checked in almost daily to see about viewing the tape. The manager kept claiming that he was just waiting on the owner to send it over to him. But then 15 days after I shipped out the item he stated that he could have shown us the video on his phone but it is erased automatically after two weeks. Conveniently he told me in two weeks and one day. So the video feed had been erased from his phone. But he said the owner still had it and he was still trying to get him to send it. I checked back again and again. But still Kenneth stated that he hadn't heard from the owner. He said he was going to be at the store one day to meet with us (my wife and I). But he never showed. The employees gave us the owners name and email (ANUJ AMIN niruma.inc@gmail.com) We have emailed twice with no response. We finally found Kenneth the managers personal # (254-278-0201) because we found out he is also a realtor for AllCityRealstate. So I called him there. The next time I talked with him he stated that we already filed a complaint about him so he wasn't talking to us anymore. As a matter a fact on the phone he just kept saying "I'm not talking to you, I'm not talking to you, I'm not talking to you" and finally hung up. UPS states that the claim is closed because we got the managers # and we denied a replacement of our item. WE NEVER DENIED A REPLACEMENT OF OUR ITEM! From day one all we have wanted was an investigation done to find our item. Almost on a daily basis for almost a month thus far. The manager there denies any wrong doing. And is extremely rude! Watch out if he offers to tape your package for you! Or handle it for you at all!! He is very unprofessional to say the least. The employees there are actually very nice. But most just roll their eyes when you say his name. Because of all his lies we can not file a claim at all with UPS. Or recipient has lost out on his package and we have lost out on our item and our money.

    profoundly bad in service, customer service, client management, and I would assume product, though…read moredespite attempting for three weeks to have something printed I am not able to comment on the final product as I never received it In response to the owner: Your job was unfortunately below our minimum and we had made an exception to try to help you out (even though it was not beneficial to our company). -- You quoted me the price you thought was fair. I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.
