If I could give less than 1 star I would. Start by saying the manager is very less than professional and that's putting it nicely. Upon dropping a package off one day, Kenneth the manager said that he would adhere the shipping label and package up the very large box I brought in to ship. (Aprox 24x16) I trusted he would do it. Until about 3 days later I get a message from the recipient that instead of a large box containing his item he recieved a very small bag that contained something different. I immediately contacted the store. Gave them the tracking number we recieved and showed them the picture of the delivery UPS sent us as delivery confirmation of the small bag On his porch. I also showed them the picture that was sent to me from the recipient. The manager became very defensive! He said there was NO WAY he put our shipping label on the wrong package! He was very mad we accused him. * but think about it. How else would our correct shipping label go to the correct address but be the wrong package? I kept in contact with him to try and find our missing package. He stated he could get a copy of the camera tapes from inside the UPS store to find out exactly what happened with the label and package. I checked in almost daily to see about viewing the tape. The manager kept claiming that he was just waiting on the owner to send it over to him. But then 15 days after I shipped out the item he stated that he could have shown us the video on his phone but it is erased automatically after two weeks. Conveniently he told me in two weeks and one day. So the video feed had been erased from his phone. But he said the owner still had it and he was still trying to get him to send it. I checked back again and again. But still Kenneth stated that he hadn't heard from the owner. He said he was going to be at the store one day to meet with us (my wife and I). But he never showed. The employees gave us the owners name and email (ANUJ AMIN niruma.inc@gmail.com) We have emailed twice with no response. We finally found Kenneth the managers personal # (254-278-0201) because we found out he is also a realtor for AllCityRealstate. So I called him there. The next time I talked with him he stated that we already filed a complaint about him so he wasn't talking to us anymore. As a matter a fact on the phone he just kept saying "I'm not talking to you, I'm not talking to you, I'm not talking to you" and finally hung up. UPS states that the claim is closed because we got the managers # and we denied a replacement of our item. WE NEVER DENIED A REPLACEMENT OF OUR ITEM! From day one all we have wanted was an investigation done to find our item. Almost on a daily basis for almost a month thus far. The manager there denies any wrong doing. And is extremely rude! Watch out if he offers to tape your package for you! Or handle it for you at all!! He is very unprofessional to say the least. The employees there are actually very nice. But most just roll their eyes when you say his name. Because of all his lies we can not file a claim at all with UPS. Or recipient has lost out on his package and we have lost out on our item and our money. read more

We had an Amazon return to drop off. We live in Lampasas so Cove has the closest UPS Store. This location has a small parking lot which is shared by two other businesses, so parking is in short supply. We were lucky enough to snag a space in front of World Finance. The UPS Store was PACKED with a line to the door. Fortunately, they had a self-service kiosk where you could scan your Amazon return QR code, drop your package, and be on your way. Total time in and out was maybe 10 minutes at the most. Pro-tip! If there's no parking in front of the UPS Store, you can park at the motel across the street and walk across. Just watch out for traffic coming off of Business 190. read more

I rushed in at end of business to make copies and mail off some important documents. There were 2 customers ahead of me but the gentleman behind the counter was super courteous-even going so far as the chase down the lady who had gone before me because she has left her laptop on one of the counters! Definitely above and beyond! All 3 of us were treated with care--given all of our options--and with meticulous attention to detail. He mentioned in small talk that he actually lives an hour from this location, so it's even more impressive that none of us felt rushed! The price to copy and mail a STACK of documents was under $20, so I will definitely be returning the next time the need arises...only next time, not so close to closing time! read more

I dread going in to this store due to the two young black women working there. They are so unbelievably rude, and for seemingly no reason. One of them tossed my receipt at me instead of handing it to me. Instead of saying, "welcome in" or some nicety, they say, "why are you here". Seriously? They are also super picky about where you place your stuff on the counter, but they mumble and do not make eye contact when they talk "to" you, so how you know? And don't dare be in line if there's something you can do at the stupid self service station. Why even have workers? I do a lot of business with UPS but I've started going to Killeen where the service is much, much better. I suggest you all do the same if you like yourselves. read more

I was in town visiting my mom and needed a copy of a document - after reading some of the comments I was worried about what I was getting myself into however not knowing where else to go I went ahead and stopped in. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the young lady at the counter. As I had helped an elderly lady with getting her box in the door and to the counter I think she thought we were together, however once she realized we was not, she called someone else to come assist me. I was able to get my copies and decided while I was there to get an item laminated. The clerk was helpful and made suggestions. Overall I felt like I was helped in a friendly, speedy manner and was able to get in and out with what I needed. read more

So we started selling items on eBay and had a sale that canceled. Only problem was we had already dropped the item off at the ups store. I called the store as soon as possible. I was doing an Amazon return yesterday at this store because they had a kiosk so I thought I could do it on my own. I was patiently waiting for this other woman to complete her return but she was really giving the employees a hard time when they were so clearly just trying to assist her to the fullest. after she was assisted, she walked out and didn't even say thank you.. but even after the fact, the short lady with the long hair who was assisting her then assisted me and made it so easy to use the kiosk! TL;DR: If you want decent human beings who provide traditional, helpful customer service go somewhere else. They have attitudes and not the happy to be here kind. I went to return a package. It was already packed and sealed I just needed it to be scanned and get a receipt. It was app 11:30am on Wednesday 28 December 2023. Clear skies temp app 54F. The store held app 7 customers plus myself and two visible employees; one tall light-skinned male wearing a newsboy hat, blue collared shirt and black sweatshirt and one short female app 5'2 of non Caucasian decent with some sort of skin condition on her left hand wearing a tan sweatshirt. I was behind a man and waited my turn when the male employee asked why I was there. I said I just needed my box to be scanned in and I'd be on my way. He told me to use the self service desk behind me. I said no thank you I want a human. He countered with: It's a new service about 4-5 months old, it's really simple just answer a few prompts....yada yada yada." I looked at the people using the self service, it looked like they were struggling and I was next in line so I was fine with just waiting my turn. He informed me I would need to wait in someone to help me. The woman came from out back and asked me what I needed help with. I let her know. She then attempted to give me the same spiel and again I declined. I informed her I didn't have enough spoons to deal with all that when all she had to do was scan it in. She asked if I needed a receipt and my brain was confused because if I didn't need a receipt I could have just dropped it off with an unhoused person and hoped it got returned. Instead of asking her was she joking I just replied yes with much agitation. She then went around the counter pressed a few buttons on her computer, scanned it in and printed my receipt. To which I replied with a terse thank you. I told her that wasn't so hard and then she went in about how it wasn't hard to use the machines, etc. etc. She woke up and chose laziness. Those people at the machines were still being dragged by the struggle bus trying to get their packages boxed and sealed and labeled. It took them longer to be condescending feckless humans than it would have to just scan my box in. I'm glad I have my receipt because something tells me I will need to track this package closely. read more

Needed to send a package out of state. I paid $17. The package could not be delivered bc the delivery person could not find the address. Its not that hard to figure out. I had to pick up the returned package here, and they would not give me a refund for it either. They wouldn't even entertain the idea. What type of service is that? Went in with a label already on my package. It just needed to be scanned and for me to be sent on my way. When I entered the store, the kiosk was being used by others and the front desk was free and clear. I walked up to the desk and saw a male employee sitting on table in the back talking to another person. I sat my package on the counter. He eventually walked up and proceeded to tell me about the self-service option. I asked if I could just check it in here. He would not give a clear response to my question, just kept talking about the self-service option.The exchange happened for about 2-3 minutes, which he could have scanned it out by then. He picked up my package and walked it over to the self-service kiosk instead of checking me out at the desk. He took my package and used the self-service option to scan my package, which was good for him. However, it was silly that he did not just take it at the desk and move on. He was rude and very impatient. Seemed like he wanted to finish his conversation in the back and be lazy. He didn't have a name tag on, but said his name was Ken. He had a long braided ponytail on the back under his hat. I expected better customer service as I have never experienced this type of rudeness. I hurried up and drove to this store with 5 minutes till closing and already had my package totally taped up with a label and ready to be shipped. The lady hurried outside when she saw me, said that they were already closed barely looking at me, and didn't even smile like she was all irritated or had a bad day while she locked the door and closed it before I could get inside. I waited 20 minutes only to be told that the address on my package couldn't be confirmed! Really?!? The clerk was more than willing to take my money and ship my package anyway. Um, no thanks, if I wanted to leave it to chance like that I'd just leave it on the street corner and hope it somehow reached it's intended destination. I opted to take my package to the post office instead, in and out inside of 3 minutes, at noon on a Monday no less! And here I thought I was saving time by visiting the UPS Store at 0800 AM! Oh and just to be sure my address was good to go I entered it into the USPS website on my phone just before I entered the post office and guess what, no problems. I suspect the UPS Store clerk simply entered the address in wrong, I have no clue why she didn't re-enter it just in case, mistakes happen, work around them so you don't lose customers. read more

I don't know if this is corporate store or a franchise. But if the former then all three females working on 11/01/2017 at 1116 am need to be fired. There are very few customer service experiences in my life that were as abysmal as this visit. Every single one of them refused to address customers directly. They, instead, messed around with this here, that there, and pointed over there, while still communicating. They feigned no interest in creating a positive experience for any of us. The employee that assisted me wanted my envelope (that weighed maybe 2 lbs) on the other side of the register instead of the side I sat it on. So she just looked at it and pointed to where on the counter I should place it - rather than move it herself. Then every single thing I said she interrupted me. I needed a label printed so I needed to e-mail it or print it myself. She was inconvenienced when I told her that I wanted her to print the UPS (which is who she works for) label. Then because it wasn't sealed she told me that they will tape it this time but next time it would be a charge. This is absolutely absurd when we are talking about a single envelope. I listened to all of the interactions while there and all three were exactly the same. My perception (and, it seems, everyone else's) was that the customers that give them the business that allows them to gather a paycheck were an inconvenience to them. I will, without a doubt, never use this store again. I hope others will choose to take their business elsewhere as well. read more

I have used this store many times in the past. Today, I was simply dropping off a package with a prepaid label. It wouldn't scan, so the lady says, "nope sorry won't scan, if we can't scan it neither can our drivers," & rudely hands me back my package. No offer of other options, which ANY decent customer service associate would have at least offered! So I asked could I print a new one from their computer. The same lady (short one, couldn't see name tag but it's always the same 3 ladies) already had an attitude when I got there, says, "Ugh well yeah go ahead." She then proceeds to talk to the other lady working in the store saying, "how awful other customers were & how dare they say she has attitude, he should look in the mirror!," etc. So I login to my email & print the label, LITERALLY took me 20-30 seconds TOTAL. Handed it to the taller lady & she tells me it's $2.61- 10cents for the sheet of paper (justified) & $2.51 for LESS THAN A MINUTE OF INTERNET!! When I asked why the short lady snaps "Ummm well you saw the prices didn't you?!" Most hateful snotty person I've dealt with in a long time. I will NEVER return to this store. Any person with common sense would have skipped the $2.51 charge to keep a valued customer as a customer courtesy. The location in Killeen has WAYYY better customer service. This lady was rude, unprofessional, & down right ugly. What kind of business person sits there and bad mouths customers in front of other customers? read more

I had a receiver hitch shipped to me through UPS. It has the label on the hitch. The company sent the wrong hitch so they sent me a QR Code to drop it off at UPS to ship back to them. So i take it to the copperas cove store the same way they shipped it to me. I have used this store numerous times in the past and never had an issue. Now the lady that just started working there named Bree wants to try to impose made up restrictions on shipping because she does t want to do her job! She says it needs to box it up. Well it didn't come in a box! Are they doing this because she wants to charge me a box fee? Than when I asked her to show the policy that says even though we picked it up from the seller and shipped it to you without a box we are now going to require you to use a box to ship it back to the seller, she pops off with an attitude and claims the customer is being rude asking her for the policy. That would not affect their label on the top. Then, when she had my credit card she started bending it in her hand back and forth. Total moron! I will never go back here again.
