He said, after cleaning the clogged chimney cap, that my whole chimney pipe was clogged and needed cleaning. There was very, very little that came out in the cleaning. He or his helper broke the lock on the door. I noticed the break after he had left. I told him and he refused to admit it, and tried to gaslight me. I hung up on him. He then texted me and offered to pay for the cheap part, but did not offer to repair it for me. I still haven't been able to get it fixed. The $400- $500 estimate came out to well over $600.

While the initial work that he did was fine, the service afterwards leads us to that we can't possibly recommend them for electric work. We asked Brian to wire our living room from our office with cat5 as we had a need for a wired connection. He installed the wire and on the surface, it looked fine. When it didn't function properly, repeated emails and calls to Brian were yessed to death and left hanging. He even lied to say he stopped by our house and left a business card. I eventually diagnosed the problem that he wired the cat5 incorrectly as a crossover cable. Once I relayed this to him, still, he continued to blow me off. I even offered $10 for him to stop by when he was in the area to correct the job he had done wrong and he STILL didn't come. In the end, a friend recommended a crossover cable adapter ordered online and that fixed the problem (as 2 crossovers equals standard ethernet, so the adapter canceled out the crossover effect). So, after 4 months of trying to get Brian back here, I fixed the problem myself, at my own cost. Now, the cable has stopped working altogether and I have no reason not to believe it wasn't the poor job he did installing it. For that reason, I cannot recommend them for your electrical needs.

All Week sent a technician who rewired the system and broke the air in the basement…read more Buyer Beware. They failed to properly document a service visit, and refused to explain what happened. The claim is that the invoice was from 3 years ago, and nobody that works there now, was working there three years ago! Suspicious. The technician (Mark) came to my home and "rewired" the system, causing the A/C in the basement to fail. They have refused to provide a last name, telling me that this is because they prohibit customers from contacting the technicians directly. After all, they don't want to lose business. Passed Around. I called All Week, spoke with somebody, who redirected me to Yola, who redirected me to Christina. Yola provided misinformation, stating that nothing was touched in my system, that this was solely an inspection. I proceeded to remind her that the invoice states that something was "rewired". She went on to state, that I didn't understand how technicians write. No Stars. I don't leave 1-star reviews, as it seems it is out of spite. Review my account and see there are zero 1-star reviews. Leaving 2-stars doesn't accurately reflect my rating for this business. Wild Price Swings. Christina said the cost is $145 for a visit. Yola said the price is $125. This is for a verbal report only. If you need them to write up a statement, they will charge $425. They charged me $265. Their pricing swings wildly. The actual pricing can be answered with another question: how much are you willing to pay? Broken A/C System. They came to see what was wrong, broke the A/C by rewiring something. Now they want me to pay for somebody else to come and diagnose what they broke. I'm calling AJ Perri, at least he posts some informative responses on Quora. Everybody at All Week is anonymous. Not to mention employee retention and customer retention is non-existent.
