I've been using them several years so far. They promised so many things in the beginning and hardly delivered anything. The only reason I kept them until very recently was this. Actually, their mowing staff is very nice & hard workers. BUT their customer care & management is the worst. Always giving you a bunch of excuses and never keep up with it. I only saw a few times they show up on the day, they notify me to come. They have a email notification system but I had to leave my gate open 6 days a week because I did not want to miss the service. They skipped so many weeks. Here comes the worst part, when you getting into the fall season when you have lots of fallen leaves. They may showed up in the beginning once. after that they never come and just collect the monthly fee. Because they are so busy installing Christmas Light for the big money. Leave their long time customers with all these fallen fall leaves. It's been last three years just like that. One year their staff told me about this. We hire lawn care company because we could not handle it by ourselves. They were never there when I really need them. read more

If you want something more than mowing done like weed control get someone else!!! These people are horrible with communication and after 3 years I finally after decided to cancel my service agreement and go with another company. I had exhausted my months and months of efforts to get them to address the weed issues. My yard has more weeds now than when I started complaining. They would put a card on my door stating the service was done, but they obviously lied!!! read more

This company was hired by my new neighbor who had not moved in yet. I was alerted to the noise of the landscaping crew taking down a fence that belonged to me, that I paid for, and it was obvious that the fence is my fence. I asked them what did they think they were doing and no one on the crew spoke English. I left a note on the neighbors door regarding the fence situation and it was stolen by the landscaping crew. They came back the next day while I was working in my yard and the crew started smirking and talking about me in Spanish. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else! read more

We called to book them on a Thursday. They weren't available until Tuesday, so we booked them for Tuesday. We called 5 times Tuesday afternoon, trying to get a hold of someone to find out where they were. When we FINALLY got an answer, we were told they misbooked us and never assigned our job to a truck. We tried to get a discount for the inconvenience, but they wouldn't give us one. They promised to have someone out by 10AM the next morning, however, so we took that since it would be ANOTHER week to get a different company out. It's now 1015 and we haven't had anyone show up, nor can we get someone to answer the phone. To say we're frustrated is an understatement and we will NEVER use them again. read more

They charged our credit card twice, and will not respond to our repeated attempts to contact them to rectify it. We finally had to put the amount in dispute with our credit card company. We thought this was a simple mistake, and assumed we would call and they would take care of it. But no, we have tried at least five times to reach them, and nothing. Since they won't fix the mistake, I can't help but wonder if it was intentional and they hoped I wouldn't see it. I recommend you pay by cash or check only if you decide to use them. read more

R&A Landscaping is HORRIBLE their communication is non-existent. I asked if they could accommodate mowing my lawn on Wednesdays because I water on Thursdays, walk my yard by not using the riding lawn mower and was told yes. For the last 3 months they didn't show on Wednesdays and mowed on Thursday. I have had to call and tell them if they didn't mow on Wednesday they would have to come by on Friday. On top of that they were supposed to trim hedges and small trees never happened. The last straw was I noticed that I had dips and drags all over my front lawn from the weight of a riding lawn mower. I called R&A Landscaping immediately and sent pictures to show them what the crew did and asked for the manager/owner to contact me. I asked for them to take me off the schedule until I hear from the manager to figure out what they were going to do to repair my grass but have yet to hear anything. I did however, received an email indicating that my concern was sent to the manager and my services were ended immediately. Anyone looking for a quality landscape company this company is not the one. I have used R&A Landscaping to install my yearly Christmas lights as well as handle the weekly lawn mowing at my home. They did an exceptional job designing a custom light string for my home as I have many different angles on my roof that made using store bought lights almost impossible to use. They also do a great job mowing my yard and taking care of my landscaping. I would recommend this company to anyone. read more
