Scammed me and when i contacted DMV NY they told that he can't operate under the name of Finest Autobody. Why is down here.  I went to court and have a judgement but he doesn't  pay. Friday 30, of November 2018 i have an appointment in Sheriff's office to execute the judgement and transcript and at DMV of LI to be a witness in lawsuit of DMV vs Medina Auto and Collision  inc dba as Finest Autobody.  They licensed under medina name and can not work under Finest name. They do so to avoid bad reviews and make it harder for offended to pursue the in the court.  Herbert Medina and his "family related" Partner  on suv dodge are the cause why whole town may face internal investigation.  In July of 2018 i had my car hit by mexican who didnt represent any id or driver license. He called his cousin and later on they called their friend from some body shop who as they said was going to fix my car for free. I was not going to let some strangers to fix my car but assigned geico representative was out on friday. So i allowed them to tow a car to storage over weekend at the parkinglot at his shop.  Medina was begging to let him to repair the car afte adjuster comes, but I didn't want and since i was first time in life in such situation, i needed time for any decisions. So we ended up that he is going to wrk on paperwork with insurance company of his friend whose cousin hit my car on his old Cherokee.  (Btw it may be a bigger road scam that leaded to repairshop scam, all are mexicans, related, transcript of cellphone calls is an evidence. I am still working on full investigation) So, on Wednesday of the following week i came with geico to tow car to nyc where i live, i came in the morning alone , saw my car at parking lot, went to enterprise rentals to pick up second set of keys that they called me to pick up, while waiting on towing car.  When i came back , I didnt see a car outside. While i was out Medina took a car to the shop and detouched the rear wheel, trying to make it to look like he started work.  I called police. Police didnt do much to help me  and more over, the second Partner, taller, older latino man talked to officer badge number 1235, adter qhat that officer told me :"either we arrest yu for trespassing,  or you pay to the the shop 4000 k for the labir they done!!" That second partner drives dodge suv. There was some police shield sticker on the windshield. Basically,  Medina, trying to make me to leave my car t repair at his shop, had only choice to pretend he was told by me to start the work. And the role of "second parntner" was to encourage coward  Medina to make such a step.  Acident happened on friday of july, i was free next Wednesday,  when i came to tow it NYC. No adjusters was assigned,  no liability was accepted by any of the sides, nor my geico nor by cousin's of that mexican who hit me, state farm. Medina had no right to start work on the car and i was not going to pay 16k cash just to start a repair before adjuster is schedued and comes, and thus to lose a chance to obtain any colission coverage. It doesn't make sense! But he tried to keep the car in the shop, and so illegally kept it there demanding ransom of 4 000 dollars.  So i had a choice :either I leave the car to repair to him or i pay 4000 k to take the car. 4000 for keeping the car for 5 days. Of course he put fake charges like he ordered the parts, like for deposit to rentals, like for movement fee, towing fee, frame labor!!!!! For detached in the rush rear wheel  while i was away for 15 minutes! I gave 3000 k that day, to have car back. It took 3.5 weeks to repair, later on, and you understand,  that you can't leave  car to someone who did that to you. I went to court. Have judgement, transcript and most importantly,  moral right to make this person to suffer what i did. He still doesn't return money but i will make sure he never has bussiness like that.
