Noel told me that I could drive it for a few minutes in order to get out of the highway, and if I didn't I would have to wait hours for the other tow truck to come. He picked me up once I got off the parkway and we drove around finding a possible place for repairs. He knows a bunch of people around the area and can suggest the appropriate place based off your pricing preferences. Long story short, I decided to use my guy in NJ for repairs, and Noel was willing to store my car in his lot until the other tow truck was going to pick it up the next day.
