My car literally broke down and I'm sooo happy I was able to reply on My Way. Truly awesome that they could help me out at 2 AM when every other tow company I called denied to help me out. WOW. called pepboys to have my car towed to its service center about 2-3 blocks away as the battery had died after not starting the car for 2 months. customer service SUCKKKKKKK. really, it f* sucks. however, the guy who came to help with my car was very nice. tried to help me jumpstart my car so i could save all the money pepboys would charge for just changing the battery, diagnostics and what not. car started, manager said to charge $40 and once the guy was gone, i thought my car wasn't restarted to i tried restarting me car, just to overstrain the battery and had the car died again. call them back for help and decided to tow it to pepboys. No refunds for $40. So i was charged with $40+$120($40 towing+$80 diagnostics and battery replacement). lesson learnt; always stick to your plan and don't try to "save money", because you never do. read more

I lost my ONLY key to my Audi A4, that I just recently bought and with this particular car, you have to order not 1 but 2 keys that will need to be programed by the dealership with the car there. That being said I had to have my car towed to dealership. I called a lot of places but this one in particular had me at Hello. I spoke to a gentleman named Henry who took the time to hear me out, offer advice/solutions and he contacted dealership to ensure they would program my keys upon arrival. I called Henry at 8am yesterday and within 30min (give or take)Henry dispatched a very professional Driver Shawn, to tow my car. I have to say, it was very tricky to get a tow in this location and at peak traffic time too but with all these factors Shawn moved about Strategically, Efficient and Quick. All I had to was get out of the way, let the pro take over and I was more than happy to do that. Tonight my mom broke down and needed to be towed. While driving g her car turned off and needed to visit her mechanic. Road service was called and Brian from My Way Autobody & Towing arrived shortly after calling to verify her safety. My mom was very nervous but was assured that everything was being handled through her insurance with no cost to her. He even offered mom a ride home after dropping her car off for repairs. My car died in the parking lot. State Farm road side services sent My Way for towing. They arrived within 20 minutes, even earlier than I did. It's very nice of the driver Joe to wait for me in the parking lot in a winter day. He's very skilled at jump start and towing. I recommend that to you if you need the service. read more

Long story short, my car blew up. I have Geico Roadside Assistance and called them to have the car towed. They sent My Way, and they were there in less then 20 mins. The driver, Joe, was great. Hopefully I never need their service again, but I highly recommend them to those that do. read more

Towing Service. HORRIBLE! Was quoted $550 for a tow of ONLY 12 miles!!! (NO TRAFFIC). After declining, I was charged $150 for LESS than ONE mile. Said they'd waive the $150 if I got my car towed to their garage (not knowing what was even wrong). Don't Trust! BEWARE. I was having a horrible time. I got charged from my Roadside service but it must be my alternator as my battery would not hold a charge. I barely made it from the hwy to turn into a neighborhood without power steering or power brakes to the curb. MY WAY TOWING was booked by my GEICO Roadside and man was he great! Usually these towing guys could care less about their job or we who are already distressed. This guy jumped out in this terrible heat with such a cheery smile and attacked my problem with swiftness, professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I have NEVER had such a great experience. He even waited until I unlocked my car doors to remove my belongings and was safely walking toward my place before driving off. My key did not work correctly and he saw me there so he jumped out to show me how to unlock the door. read more
