They got to know us as a couple, got to know our vibe, and then created a tailored design plan that truly incorporated every element we wanted and some that we didn't even know were possible! They stayed within our budget and did not pressure us to spend more. We were able to rent all of our needed items from them and used them for signage. We also paid for the set-up and tear-down services so felt incredibly stress free with the design of the wedding day. The floral was wrapped up in the design process and was also effortless. They gave us a full plan of which florals would be used for our bouquets and arrangements. On the day-of the flowers were beautiful and just as described. The day-of coordination was icing on the cake. Our coordinator, Kelli, was present for all of our design/planning meetings so it felt like she knew our wedding when planning the schedule. She was available to talk through all the details of our schedule and very communicative leading up to the wedding. On the day of my wedding I felt so calm knowing that the set up and coordination was in capable hands. I was able to focus on being in the moment and enjoy the whole day. They made clean-up seamless. UE worked within our budget to design and execute a truly outstanding event that felt personal, elegant, and seamless. A number of the vendors and countless guests have reached out to us with compliments for UE's exceptional service and design work. My partner and I planned the wedding from out of state, and therefore assigned a lot of responsibility to UE to manage not only their own design elements (incl. ceremony & reception decor, lighting, floral, linens, and numerous rentals) but also to oversee the "day-of" operations of eight other vendors. Throughout the planning process, Travis Newell's communication with us was prompt, clear, and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure that the details we discussed were accounted for in revised event proposals and came prepared with questions and ideas to all of our conversations. He and the day-of coordinators even went so far as to meet with me (and one of the other vendors) at the venue three weeks before the wedding for a detailed walk through of the design and event timeline. We rented the castle for the weekend and decided to save a few bucks by setting it up our selves. This is a good idea if you have a vehicle to put it in and the muscle to lift it up, it is very easy to setup, but it is VERY heavy! It took two guys to lift it into our pickup. I do believe we could have transported it in a SUV with the back seat down, but we had a pickup. I picked up the castle from a storage garage in Marion, which made me think they were working out of their home. I had not concerns with this. We paid in credit card and it was scanned on a phone with a card reader attachment, again I had no concerns with this but someone else may be uncomfortable with this technology. I did get an email receipt. The only concerns we had was when we picked up the castle and fan motor we were not given a banner that goes on the front so we needed to make a return trip to the storage shed, luckily we did not get to far away, and Hey, Sponge Bob is still Cool! All in all I was pleased with the service and the quality of the play house. We would use this company again.

I can't count how many compliments I received about the amazing atmosphere Lisa created for my 50th birthday. I came to her with three random ideas--Sally O'Malley, Miss Hannigan, and kitty cats--and she turned them into a playful, immersive wonderland. Guests walked the red carpet through velvet ropes like it was a NYC premiere, surrounded by pure joy. Every detail was spot-on: Miss Hannigan tending bar, kitty cats peeking around corners, and Sally O'Malley touches everywhere. Lisa even surprised me with Annie wigs, a camel, and the crowd favorite: glowing hula hoops. Every nook and cranny became a picture-perfect moment. She delivered everything exactly within my original quote, and her professionalism, creativity, and warmth made the whole process fun and stress-free. Located in a sketchy lookin' strip mall, the consignment shop space is pretty small but overflowing with new and used wedding items. About a third of the space is for dresses. There's a ton of vases and votives and table decor. Plenty of signage and faux floral stuff. They also have table linens for sale or rent for $1 more. The only employee in the store didn't really acknowledge our presence despite the dead silence and being 5 feet away from her the entire time so that was super weird. I imagine the selection changes some, but I didn't see a whole lot of what I was looking for on my visit. Hopefully the event rental is a better draw.

He delivered them well ahead of time and also was very professional with our "interesting" choice for our wedding. I think the only thing that was a bit difficult was that at times Adam can be hard to reach. Sometimes a week or so would go by and I wouldn't hear from him after I had sent a message with various questions. I won't dock his five stars though, considering he made up for it by being very professional when we did talk. I definitely recommend him for weddings.

He not only took the time to sit down and help me figure out how it was all going to come together more than once before the wedding, he still managed to surprise me and bring me to tears when I saw it. We also did our flowers with Adam - I had sent him a few images of flowers I liked and he managed to strike the perfect balance between all the different photos to give me the most amazing bouquets ever. I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. I've honestly looked at photos of them every day since our wedding almost three months ago.
