We hired Ryan to install three Samsung flat screen TVs and three Samsung sound bars in our bedrooms. Ryan was very quick in performing the installation. He made a few mistakes causing some visible damage and none of the sound bars were centered or level. Although we weren't 100% satisfied, we thanked him for his efforts, paid him, gave him a glowing review, referred him* and hired him again**. *At the referral...a ceiling fan installation, he was so hasty that, in removing the existing fan, he damaged it so it could not be replicated to another roomu and had to be discarded. Despite detailed instructions, he arrived ill prepared to install the new fan (on a cathedral ceiling) 100% correctly...one of the canopy screw is still inside the motor housing. Once again, he was thanked and paid. ** When we tried to hire again, he was very difficult to reach. After many attempts to contact him.over the course of a week or more, he made a number of excuses regarding his failure to respond in a timely manner. Eventually, he set-up a TV (we purchased from him and connected a table top Bose stereo system for my wife's aunt. Once again, Ryan was thanked and paid for the TV and services. After a few months of installation, one by one, all three of the Samsung sound fell off the wall. Two caused some very noticeable damage to the walls. After inspecting, not only weren't the sound bars installed level an centered, the were mounted using only sheet rock screws...Without achors...sheet rock screws are not capable of supporting the weight or handling the vibrations. I've been trying to reach Ryan for 16 days to give him an opportunity to do a proper re-installation. Since I started calling him/texting him (I have all it all on file), I've hired someone else to remove a TV, TV wall mount bracket Ryan installed (with metric screw heads), patched all the holes, and repainted the wall. Now, it appears, I will have to hire someone else to correctly re-install everything. Be advised that during these 16 days, Ryan texted me multiple excuses for not returning my calls/texts, made multiple promises (via text) to return my calls, promised to come, etc. However, he has not fulfilled any promises. I will commend him.for the speed at which he works (if you can reach him). The quality of his work, however, is suspect. Do yourself a favor and avoid problems...Hire someone else! Ryan is an awesome electrician that I would highly recommend. Having had some bad experiences with electricians in the past, int was extremely refreshing to work with someone who was so professional, thorough, competent and most importantly delivered on what he promised. I needed help in a pinch and Ryan came right over and fixed my issue, and did not take advantage by charging excessively for his services. I originally hired a guy from Angie's list, who could not have been more of a F@ck Up... guy came by himself in a wreck of a truck.. looked like he lived out of it... found out he was a handyman, doing audio installation as part of his services... boy was I wrong... actually helped the guy put flat screen on wall.. then sent me for parts he didn't have... I couldn't believe it... at RadioShack,, and they recommended Ryan Taylor... after mr. f@ck up left... called Ryan.. mind you Saturday afternoon snd shopping w/ pregnant wife... Ryan and Chris were on time and kept me posted re ETA. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgable. They explained patientlyeverything I needed to know. Installed TV on brick fireplace wall. We found Ryan Taylor through several FB reviews! All we can say is Wow! He is very professional in all aspects and not over priced. He installed our Master bath switch, put in electrical outlet for our H2O heater, installed light fixtures inside and out, and did some various other things. He lives in Mt.
