He helped me deal with Directv (who forgot to ground their dish and made the lighting strike much worse). He wasn't obligated or responsible for anything that happened because it was weather but he was there to help fix it anyway. That's service! After the job is done Matt is always there to help if you need it and he responds to you and follows up better than anyone I've ever delt with! In the past I have used Carolina Custom Security and Sound and Audio Warehouse and they didn't come close to the customer service, quality of work, or price Wired Solutions provides. They are great problem solvers too, and getting wires through existing walls can requires some creativity!

And when there were problems to be worked around or glitches to be solved, they stayed until the job was perfect. On a couple of occasions, they made special trips back to update things. Recently, we needed a service call and we were promptly scheduled, and the service technician made a special effort to get to the bottom of some issues we were having with our cable service to solve our problem. Simply put, we could not be happier. The work was excellent, the attention to detail was incredible and the staff was a real pleasure to work with. There are many options for work like this, and we've had bad experiences before with other companies. AAA Installation was really and truly outstanding.
