I needed to send these home! It was a lot of souvenirs and there was no way I had the bag space. So i asked my next door neighbor to watch for a package to come and take care of it as the package would arrive well before I got home from vacation. I walked into the UPS store. Only one other person was being helped, and one of the employees took care of me. He boxed up my items and wrapped them in bubble wrap for a nominal fee. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, even with all the stuff I had bought. When I got home, my next door neighbor gave me the package. I made the right choice going to UPS and shipping it home!

Nonetheless still tried to work with him in regard to getting our invitations done. During our meeting we talked in detail and sent photos of how we want our invitations to look as an example for the sample. The samples that we received looked NOTHING like the inspiration we gave him. He decided to ignore everything we said and make his own sample invitations. After going back and forth we respectfully asked for a refund of our deposit (we did not approve any samples). Our event planner spoke with him and he said he would give us a refund minus the samples that were made. Now he has not give us our refund, completely ghosted us and has not responded to any of our emails or calls. It is at the point it is being handled with the card company. It should have never gotten to this point. Stay away from this business. Making your wedding invitations should be fun and he makes every step of the process a headache.

He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. I read their back story and I was sold. I love to support a great mom and pop type business over a large commercialized one. They were very responsive to my messages and answered all my questions. I already had similar business cards, but I wanted new ones with better quality. I did not have the artwork from the previous job, but they were able to recreate my layout seamlessly.
