Also Ed agreed to take care of the fairly extensive brush and young trees along the property line... other estimates didn't offer that it was owners responsibility ...it did cost me extra though, but I'd rather do that than hassling with it myself. Only minor dispute was a rootball on the fence line which they wanted notch, being that the majority of it was on the neighbors side. He did charge me extra to dig it out, but it worth it to me. He used pressure treated posts set in concrete, cedar pickets and construction screws to hold it all together, all in all a quality job. ** Been about a year later fence is holding up . Only thing I'd change is you need to really evaluate the extent of the job so theirs no surprises down the line!

These people at Mesa Fence Co. were very good! We share our rear backyard fence with two neighbors…read moreon my residential property. Leland Cisco (boss), wrote up individual contracts for me and my neighbor, who were sharing the cost to replace our fence. We kept in touch frequently before the job started, and almost daily while the work was being done. His workers on the wood sections, were Noe and Fernando, who did a great job. They all arrived on schedule, cleaned up the debris from the previous fencing and post footings, and worked steadily. Due to special circumstances evolving from the slope I have out back and erosion, we opted for a low retaining wall with reinforced concrete footing running the whole length of the top of my slope, and three rows of reinforced cinder block with additional concrete to reinforce the soil. The masonry was done by a subcontractor company Leland works with regularly, and those men did a good job, too! Our fence comprised metal posts to avoid the rot which undermined the old 4x4 wood posts, and the wood panels were attached to these metal posts with steel bands. As this fence was customized to meet our special needs, your fence wouldn't be the same. Moreover, it may be several years before I know how well all of this holds up to an El Niño or earthquake. ‍ These guys aren't cheap but I felt I paid a fair price for a good job. IT IS OFTEN TRUE THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If/when I need more work done, I'll hire them, again!
