With my sporadic schedule being a first responder, I asked German if he was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment same day. Needless to say he delivered! He showed up on time, made quick work of the install, hauled my old garage door in under 3 hours. This garage door is 510 lbs but you can't even hear it open and close from the inside of my house! Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. You would've hardly noticed he was here. He is hardworking and meticulous. As someone who has ADHD and gets distracted easily I'm running in and out of the house all day because I forgot something in the car several times. Not one time was he not working while he was here. He did most of the work himself which is impressive. He touched bases with me the entire time. It has been a few weeks since he completed the he job. He has come out and checked everything himself several times. He has made himself accessible should I have any questions or concerns. In the past I haven't had the best experiences with anyone in landscaping, masonry, or things like that. I'm a single mother who cares for her elderly mother. Apparently because of that people assume we can bleed ourselves dry to get anything done. Every time in the past the initial bid always went up. Hidden costs and fees until 10,000 dollars later we were still don't have completed projects and are looking for ways to recoup losses for unfinished projects. That was not the case here. God was looking out for us when we came across his information. I'm grateful to have came across someone who is passionate about their work and it shows. I couldn't be more satisfied. If you hire him for your work you will not be disappointed. We hired him to remove the current grass, tiling and grading of the soil, irrigation repairs, plant removal and hydroseeding.
