Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They just earned me as a return customer. I will definitely use them again!
