The previous provider had been there for 25 years, had done a poor job of cleaning, resulting in a significant pest control problem, and our aggressive pest fogging required thorough cleaning. California Cleans jumped to get a quote the same day and were able to come out and clean the very next day, in order to expedite our new provider coming in safely. The brand new stove we had purchased in August of 2025 looked like it had never been cleaned - thanks to California Cleans, it looks new again! The slider tracks were full of grime and dirt from wear - not anymore! They did great work, especially because the previous provider supposedly used a professional cleaner when they moved out. Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They just earned me as a return customer. I will definitely use them again!
