They do your taxes quickly and you don't have to wait after your appointment time hits so that gets…read morethem 2 stars. When a customer has to pay for postage on an 85 dollar basic tax return because your company can't figure out how to send it in online... that customer probably won't come back. Is it worth the couple dollars for postage to lose out on 85 dollars a year? Bad business practice.
