If all you want is the basics, a strong lack of interest, no follow up, minimal customer service,…read moreand little to no enthusiasm, then he's your man. ** addendum ** after receiving a msg from them in less than an hour of posting this review, and another the following day, when the husband had to wait more than a few days for a reply via email when they were handling our tax filing. I'm not interested in engaging over the what or why, but rather give an honest review of the service we received.

When a customer has to pay for postage on an 85 dollar basic tax return because your company can't figure out how to send it in online... that customer probably won't come back. Is it worth the couple dollars for postage to lose out on 85 dollars a year? Bad business practice.

I know tax related stuff can run over time so I expected to…read morewait quite long but Thomas knows how to buffer his clients appropriately. +2 Very good listener. +1 Turnaround time for filing taxes, the # of times I had to follow-up, and willingness to accept scanned documents over emails ... was all in the green zone.
