These guys greatly exceeded my expectations. My car hood got backed into at a trailhead parking lot, pushing the emblem letters off of the hood and leaving a sizable dent in the curved portion of the hood. I met with Jeremy at R&R and he indicated this would be a tough fix to restore the natural curve of the hood, but he felt it would be a 90% improvement. I separately inquired (through my insurance company) to see what the cost would be at a body shop and that quote came back at $3000 and 8 weeks (to replace the entire hood). Ridiculous. Since R&R's price was a tiny fraction of that amount and the work could be done in 4 hours, I decided to try them out to see the result. If it didn't work out to my satisfaction, I figured I would just submit an insurance claim. Well... WOW! Just WOW. Jeremy at R&R is a true craftsman and his work was nothing short of amazing. He restored my hood to its original condition. I then bought some aftermarket lettering on EBay ($20) and... bam... you can't even tell there was ever a problem. I had an incident at a national tire shop and, without going into specifics, a floor jack handle was accidentally slammed into my vehicle leaving a nice vertical crease in the driver side door just above the body line. Thankfully, the tire shop accepted responsibility. In the following days, I contacted R&R Dent Removal for an estimate after coordinating with the claims specialist. I brought my vehicle in and Jeremy promptly gave me an estimate, stating the dent would be able to be restored to 95% of its original condition, quoting one hour for the repair. I submitted this to my claims specialist who mailed a check after approving the estimate. By the next week, I brought my car in. In literally 30 minutes, I was out the door and blown away by the results. Jeremy corrected it to 100%, as if the dent never happened. I tried my hardest looking at every angle -- nothing. Suffice to say, I was ecstatic! I take great care of my vehicle and everyone at R&R Dent Removal turned a negative situation into a positive outcome. My perfect Ford F350 Platinum had debris dropped on it from 12 stories up from a condo being worked on in Rocky Point. It placed 3 small, but deep dents in the center of my truck hood. It literally made me sick! All paintless dent repair and body shops I spoke to said it would most likely not come out because they were too sharp and deep. Another review with not much to discuss. Wife got two dings right about the wheel well on her driver's side quarter panel. Called R&R, sent a picture via email and had a quote in 15 minutes. Quote was very reasonable (about what I would expect for a minimum service call fee). Eric called and we arranged for an mobile appointment at my house the very next day. He got a bit delayed but texted to let me know that he was running late and when his new ETA was... no issue. Showed up, was courteous, quick, clean, and good gravy did he know what he was doing. He had both dings fixed in ~25 minutes and was gone in 30. Pretty cool to watch someone who really knows what they are doing (20 years of experience) do something like this, where it really is an art and takes some real skill. Whole thing cost me about 60% of what I expected when I started looking into this and it was all over 2 days after I first reached out. Two thumbs up. Thanks very much Eric! read more

I had a dent repaired today at R & R Dent Removal and want to give a shout out about how professional the company is. I sent a photo of the small dent on the hood of my vehicle a few days ago, and the owner of the company, Bryan, e-mailed me back that his method of removing dents wouldn't work on my dent, but said if I had any questions to call. I did and Bryan said that because of the location and type of dent it was, he wouldn't be able to repair it to look as it did before. When I pressed, he said he could repair it so that I could open my hood, but it wouldn't look very good. He referred me to an auto collision company. So...today, I went to the company he suggested and got a crazy high estimate that involved replacing the hood, repainting various parts of the car, leaving my car there and requiring use of a rental car for "at least a week". I immediately drove to R & R Dent Removal and talked with Bryan again. Following that discussion, his technician repaired the dent in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. While not exactly perfect, it looks much, much better, I can easily open my hood and I am highly satisfied with the result. I found Bryan to be professional, honest, caring and authentic.
