A couple weeks ago my fiancees truck had a dent left by an unknown vehicle. Brad from Dentless Images reached out and came the very next day to our house. He was able to remove it for a couple hundred dollars. You can't even tell there was a dent. He was able to rub out the scratches as well. Brad took a tough dent on a ridge line of my front right fender and made it disappear. Everyone else said it would still be visible since it's aluminum, but I can't see it! Great price too, worth every penny! I highly recommend Brad! read more

I have a 2019 Camaro SS and had gone to the Chevy dealer to get a quote on getting some dings out of my doors. I was quoted $1300 and decided to research a dentless repair company. Ultimately I decided to work with Brad at Dentless Images and couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. He was honest about what he would be able to do and not due, had excellent communication, was timely and genuinely a nice guy. The work he did was perfect. His prices were on point and soooooo much cheaper than the dealership. Outstanding!! I noticed 2 small dents above my wheel well on my 2018 Ridgeline & contacted Dentless Images based on their great reviews. Brad responded quickly (within the hour) & offered to come out to assess the damage. He then figured out how to fix the dents (not easy - accessed 1 dent from taking out tail light & other from underneath wheel well). I couldn't more please with Brads professionalism & craftsmanship. Highly recommended... and he comes to your house & does the repairs so no leaving or dropping off your vehicle. Again great service!!! read more

Called Brad to make an appointment, he showed up when he said he would, that is very unusual enough these days. When he showed up got right to work and in no time my cars were fixed to perfection. I had him look at a fender on one car, he didn't see what I thought was there. He left, about 5 minutes later I pulled it into the garage, I saw the dent I remembered, it was on the other fender. Now I feel like an idiot, in my defense, it is a classic 69 Cougar Convertible which I had covered for the last 3 months, just forgot. I called Brad the next day, which is today, explained to him that I told him the wrong fender, came right back out today. Extremely happy with all he did. Very fast and very efficient, also very happy with the cost. Five Stars! read more

It was easy to set up an appointment with Brad. I texted him some photos of my vehicle and he presented me with a very reasonable estimate to fix my damage. I appreciate that he came to my home at the time we agreed on (No long window of time to hang around and wait). He fixed 3 dents (one in a complicated area to reach) in under 30 minutes. I started out with the very first Paintless Dent Repair company, in all of Arizona, in the very early 1990's. Then, in 1999, Dentless Images was born. We have been a staple for East Valley customers, both retail and commercial, ever since.

I reached out to CarWorks and Kristina replied almost immeadiatley to set up an estimate. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew just as much about the repair that was going to be needed as she did the corrupt insurance company's that we had to rely on to get the repair done. My car was a 2018 Subaru Forester XT with 45,000 miles and in perfect condition. It was determind that the B Piller on the passenger's side was bent and needed to be replaced. Liberty Mutal and their appraiser 'Snapsheet' pushed to have the B Piller just repaired but at my request to have the car only repaired back to Subaru specs, Kristina wouldn't budge demanding that it be replaced. After 3 months of Kristina and myself going back and forth with Liberty Mutual, literally hundereds of emails and phone calls, they totalled the car. It was heartbreaking but at least there was going to be a resolution as Liberty Mutual was now refusing to pay for my rental car any longer. This seemed to a positive thing at least for me but CarWorks got screwed with this total. Liberty Mutual refused to pay and pick up the car from them, disputing storage fees that started the day my car got dropped off for repair. Liberty Mutual's postion was that they start paying the storage fees once the car is deemed totalled leaving CarWorks holding a $17,000 bag. After all of this Kristina still continued to help me navigate the closing of the claim. I cannot thank CarWorks enough for helping me navigate a really bad experience and learning lesson with car insurance company's. I absolutely recommend them if you need any sort of car body work done.

Jason was only interested in telling me about his extensive knowledge, how he had a Porsche (still not sure why that was important for me to know) and how he couldn't really tell me anything, nothing was their fault and all I could do is call my insurance company. He made fun of my frustration pointing out my hands were shaking and seemed to just want to win an argument in front of my wife and another man hanging out in the office. Jason seems to know very little about customer service, and could care less about the client. He was constantly interrupting me while complaining that I wasn't letting him talk enough. (At this point my wife literally walked out of the office in frustration) Jason did everything but refuse to give me a way to give me my car back. I'll be sure to update my review once this gets resolved. Jason cares a lot more about being clever and making you wrong than really listening or helping.
