I've taken a vehicle here previously and they did great work, and when my trucks tailgate got stolen and had to find a place to go... Taking it across town for them to check it out was a no brainer. Warren thankfully agreed for me to come in early Saturday for them to look and take pictures for an estimate. He explained in detail the two possibilities of what they might do. Offered to duck tape the wire hanging from where they ripped the camera/plug out. Updated picture of my Samantha with her tailgate back on! I didn't need a rental as Warren was excellent with finding a tailgate, going over what they can do via telephone and email. I called them up today and was told today would be just fine to come in after work as they were just finishing up. 15mins after arriving and what a beauty! It looks exactly like it did when I first got her! They hooked up my rear camera, made sure it was lined up, checked the locks and got me squared away so quick and with reminders, tips and take cares I felt I was leaving my uncles house with all his buddies after fixing my truck lol. I had Warren install headlights on my car and I've had trouble with them. The manager Eric told me to drop my car off on a Wednesday but when I called that I was on my way Warren refused me. He said not to bring it in. He said he couldn't find me in their system. I sent my receipt by text and email. I tried several times to schedule an investigation into they problem. I was very kind to the staff and to Warren. I let them know I'd be willing to pay for them to fix it but nothing. No response. No answer. I never write reviews but thought I'd let the public know. Lovetts really helped my son: the passenger doors of his vehicle, in which he lives, were smashed by an uninsured driver March 3. I uploaded pictures onto the websites of three auto body shops: all three declined to help, deeming the car a total loss, even though it's driveable and passed an emissions test three days later! A friend of a friend replaced the passenger doors, but the front door window was half open and we couldn't get it closed. I called Lovetts to ask for help in just getting that window closed, and the manager not only agreed to take a look at it -- and was successful! -- he didn't charge us for it! While cautioning, for safety's sake, that the car probably shouldn't be driven, he understood that the car is my son's "home," and simply said, "Pay it forward." These days, it's rare to experience such assistance and compassion without condemnation. My son and I are so grateful!! read more

In the same year my husband and I bought our Forester, it has been in hit and runs twice in two different parking lots. This will be the second time we take our car to Lovetts to have work done. The first time they did such an amazing job repairing our car that we decided to have them take care of our car again. Keep in mind that they do book up. The man who assessed our car this second time around Thanksgiving told us their soonest opening was Christmas Eve (which we were not able to make, so we scheduled it for later this month). This is my second review on Lovetts as this is my second time around which was another great experience. Due to driver error on my end I thought I had did some pretty costly damage to my front bummer. I called Lovetts based on my past exceptional service experience to get an estimate. I called the shop and the gentleman who professionally answered the phone welcomed me to come by. Visiting the shop I was immediately greeted. Filled out a quick form and got an immediate inspection from Warren. Luckily due to the ethical practice this body shop runs what I thought was costly damage ended up being a quick simple fix. Now in explaining this story to friends and family they said a woman like me who knows nothing about cars could have easily been told a different story and scammed. I am happy to have a local shop that not only does great work, provides superior service but runs with integrity.
