Update: They have made things right and even made an at home visit. The course is pretty comprehensive, but beware of the 30 day no refund policy! The online driving course is a mandatory 30 hours (there's a timer that won't let you progress... even if you read faster) and most students won't finish that portion in less than 30 days. You can't see the calendar to sign up for the driving portion until you've finished the online portion, and when we went to sign up there weren't any slots available for a MONTH! I called to see if this was true, and they said it was and that there was nothing they could do. We were able to get drives scheduled with another school the very next week, but are now out about $300 because of the no refunds after 30 days policy.

We had an issue with Dynamic Driving School not sending the proper documentation to the DMV for our daughter, proving she completed drivers education. Upon notifying Dynamic Driving School of their mistake, I was told they would not be able to help us and that I would have to wait till Monday. I explained to the gal that we were standing at the DMV and she had her written test scheduled. The gal told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. Really? I had my wife call as well and she also hung up on my wife. Completely un-professional.
