An outstanding home service experience! Michael arrived on time (early in fact...after calling to make sure that would be okay), diagnosed the issues with our sliding doors, had the right amount of the right rollers on his work truck, and promptly and efficiently installed new rollers. He explained every bit of work he was doing, kept a clean and neat work area, and was friendly and professional. We had good conversations and a couple of good laughs while he did the work. The top frame had sunk over the years, and it was impossible. He, truly, gave it his all! We installed a 2nd sliding glass door out to the backyard and liked our previous SlideRight childproof latch so much we immediately called SlideRight to install a childproof latching system on the new door. Our 20 year old sliding glass door was very hard to open & close. I had cleaned the bottom runner and lubricated the bottom runner but it still was a workout to open & close the door. I called Mike at SlideRight of Tucson and left a message& he got back to me within 30 minutes and scheduled a time to do the work. He gave me a 2 hour window and showed up at the exact beginning of that window. He was masked up for Covid. He immediately examined the slider and in about 30 minutes the work was finished. I can't say enough good things about Michael and this business! When I made an appt, I was quoted a price (if it was the problem I thought it was), and everything was explained to me upfront. The rollers on my sliding glass door were getting bad but I finally called for help when the lock on the sliding glass door wouldn't work.
