Almost 3 weeks into the month and no one had showed up, I finally got fed up and cancelled my service and was asked not to cancel because she was out of the country on vacation. Additionally, I paid for that months service and the company has not responded to my request for a refund. AVOID this company they are not reliable and you don't get what you pay for.
