I spoke with Curtis today. My pool service is really slacking and I decided to call Aqua Dude. They are taking a look at the pool and then going to quote me a monthly price and I am going to go with Aqua Dude. I need a reliable pool service and I feel Aqua Dude will be a good fit. Curtis explained his families pool history owning a pool shop for many years in the lauderhill area. I know they will do a better job than that other guy I had. I will update after hearing back from them. I did hire Aqua Dude aka Caicos pools inc and they begin the recovery of the pool this week and they are a little more than the other guy but i am sure I will have reliable pool service and not the other guy charging me for shottey workmanship. I have had them serviced by one man pool cleaning companies. I thought that I was happy with the results but not really knowing what I was missing. This so different. Amazing only starts to describe the level of service that I'm getting. My pool looks brand new. Stains and discoloration that I was told to write off as age are gone. The pool is absolutely pristine. They show up on schedule with all the equipment and chemicals needed to do the job right...the first time. No excuses like I don't have something on my truck. "Kurtis" is one of the most unprofessional business owners i have ever encountered. Here's why: After skimming me on pool chlorine and allowing algae to grow in my pool, blaming my wife and accusing her of doing something she didn't do, and still collecting full payment from me as a customer (no discount for skimming me on chlorine ) I wrote a review on Yelp so every customer was made aware of his business practices. After writing the review on Yelp, Kurtis began harassing my wife with constant texts "Begging" my wife to take down the review. I still have the text as proof. Then Kurtis began texting pictures of what appeared to be his children as to insinuate my review will prevent him from paying his bills? WHO DOES THAT? How is that professional? I had to tell him if he didn't stop harassing my wife I was going to report him. So be forewarned. If you write a negative review on Kurtis, he will harass you until you change your review. I didn't change my review so he decided to write a review on me and lie of the events that took place. So all the good reviews you see on his Yelp page are likely fabricated from friends and family.
