I called the office many times and constantly got the runaround. I reached out to the owner, Cass Lowrie, several times, left multiple voicemails, and sent emails, but never received a return call. I even went to their office in July and spoke with the office manager, Nicole Cosenza, who assured me the project would be completed, but nothing ever moved forward. Their phone number now appears to be disconnected, and I am not sure if the company is still operating. To make matters worse, one of the windows they installed is still cracked, and I have no way to contact anyone to fix it. As a senior, I feel taken advantage of, and I hope sharing my experience helps others make informed decisions.

To this day, Ricky Horn is in the process of repairing the damage that John Belcher created. Ricky Horn is an awesome, straight up, local business owner that is well respected in the community. The team he has now assembled does the best marine construction on the South Carolina coast. They have tons of reviews that substantiate this to be true.
