New Roswell was very personable on day one while visiting my home. He said the roof & gutters should be replaced. When ins questioned his response he backed off and would not provide any written of the repairs needed. Only noted in his text messages and his verbal conversation that he noted specific repairs needed. He lied and was dishonest from day one. He over committed and and put me at the bottom of the list after a verbal conversation stating he had my back. Nothing v was mentioned during the phone conversation of not being covered. It was expected he was to provide an updated quote and after 12 days of nothing received I questioned him. Roswell was then defensive and rude wi his response. I chose Rowell because of a personal recommendation but then learned no one had actually done business with his company. Limited experience. Limited and unfaithful communication make him hard to work with. Roswell tried to place blame on myself who admitted to not have had any experience with this situation. They did a horrible job on my bay window roofing. They finally fixed the roofing but left permanent damage on the brick. The project manager himself ran his trailer into my gate causing lots of damage. One of the bay windows had a bad leak about 6 months later which destroyed the ceiling under the bay window roof. I spoke to the front desk on two different occasions but the person responsible for the mess ghosted me both times. R & R roofing was called for an estimate on hail damage to my roof. Jaimie came out and did a thorough job on the roof and the inside for the leak. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and I had plenty. The process was easy and he was very patient. The roofers came early that morning and put tarp over the whole yard. They performed faulty work on a 20x30 cement patio while failing to obtain city permits, Rob, the owner assured me that he would correct the issue but later retracted his promise. When we needed our roof re-done I did my homework and called 4 different places. The local place friends ref'd me told me it would be at least a month for them to even come out and give us a quote. Even though I said okay they never called back. Another quote took me three weeks to get and was more than Rob's quote or the quote of our insurance adjuster. The 4th place never returned any messages either. Rob came to see our house and gave me a written price quote the same day that I called him. He was very personable and didn't try to sell me on the products like the other company did-- He told me he used the same products and that they were what everyone should be using. From the time I hired Rob our roof was finished within three days. They were fast, did quality work, cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions that I had. I also hired Rob's crew to re-stain our fence. I was hesitant to have anyone spray, but they did a flawless job and there was NO over-spray. Don't waste your time. The first red flag should have been how curt the lady was who answered the phone but I persevered because they had been recommended by someone I trusted. I was told that I would be receiving a call back from a guy named Ryan to schedule an appointment. 24 hours turned into 48 then 72 pretty quickly with no call back. I called again and talked to the same lady (Maria I think) who was clearly annoyed to hear from me again. She informed me that Ryan would be calling and to just wait because he is really busy. Is there only one person who can talk to me about a metal roof??? It's been a little over a month and still no call. He is either too busy or she could not be bothered to pass along my information. Regardless, my time is valuable too. I called FSR after about a week had passed and had someone over to look the next day. I will have a new metal roof installed on all four of my outbuildings plus my house by the end of the month. read more

I phoned R&R Industries to look at my rental house after a hail storm ripped off some shingles. He immediately assessed AND repaired the flap of shingles that blew off FOR FREE!! He also relayed that it wouldn't hurt to phone my insurance company to also have them assess the roof, since it looked like it took a beating.
