Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property. We needed to create outdoor living space and correct some significant problems with drainage and elevation. As soon as they started work, they quickly made us realize that nothing was really impossible, and there were many solutions within our budget. They are not answering most of the time and when they do, commitments to call back are not met. The last time on site in late November, Katie and Jamie unrolled the liner, worked for about 2 hours then left after folding the liner back up and leaving it in the yard. Their tools have been sitting in my yard all December and January. Over 75% of the contract payments have been made and I still don't have something I can remotely call a functioning pool.
