There are plenty of items made by local artisans, such as hand poured candles, goat milk skin care, reefs and more! Don't forget to take the stairs upstairs to discover more gems and a small clearance section. Most of the items are a bit over priced. A tiny little hen ornament that's made of mostly fluff is $18. The substantial items like the tables, chairs and such are truly quality. I would stop by here again when I'm in the area, I had a lot of fun browsing through this little store.

There is limited street parking, or you can park on the green and walk across the street. Turning left to get out poses potential challenges, proceed with caution because cops are where you least suspect them.

But there are a lot of items you can reasonably depend on finding whenever you arrive, and we have to say that overall the quality of the items is high. (And when it isn't, we've found management is cheerfully quick to supply an apology and a swap or refund.) But speaking of management: This store has had some darned good ones. And one of the very best has just returned: Paul. He is smart, store savvy, wonderfully outgoing with customers and from what we hear a favorite with employees because he is genuinely caring. And helping him now is Tyrone, who is another top-flight manager. Together they make a great team and ensure that customers always feel they matter. We've visited other JL stores but not one, no matter size, can match this one.

The checkout people were friendlier than I've met in other places, and it seemed everyone was, if not smiling, not frowning, either. Not my regular store, but would shop here again if I were in the area.
