The fact have to give 1 star is an insult, I would give less if I could…read more I just finished an "experience" getting an inspection sticker for my father's car (who's been in the hospital recovering from major surgery since the 22nd and his sticker expires this month) I've been using them for years, normally I get some very pleasant nice ladies who run the front desk. This time I get an extra from the sopranos who CLEARLY doesn't want to be up front, and CLEARLY doesn't want to provide inspection services. Instead of a greeting I get "You're sure nothing is wrong with this thing? I don't want to go through it just to fail you." Which i replied "excuse me?" He took my keys and registration while complaining about people on vacation and kids being dropped off and he has to be up front taking care of bullshit. Noted. After they pulled the car in he continues to keep talking rudely to which I replied "im done talking to you". I sit quietly while making small talk with another customer waiting who made an appointment for service and they didnt have one. The car is finished and another gentleman is ringing up the transaction. The other guy is in the back still complaining and trying to justify how he greeted me. Says people come in and make his daughter cry. I've met her, she's a very sweet person. Next thing I know im being called a fucking moron. So I tell him when he sees his business starting to fail, its because of you, and Noone within their right fucking mind should ever let him out of his cage in the back. Then he starts telling me to watch my fucking mouth because there are kids in the lobby. I tell him this isn't even my car, im helping my dad out who's been in the hospital and didn't want his sticker to expire. He says before I know it ill be in the hospital, comes out from behind the desk and gets right in my face. So now there are threats? I'm shaking im so pissed off that I drop my credit card. I should have called the police. I'm sure he's part owner or something, and thinks he can get away with talking to people like this. I will NEVER spend another dime for any service here knowing that somewhere he eventually gets a cut of this, and I emplore you to do the same. This guy has zero business talking to people that come in to spend money, has no business even being around people, and its unfortunate that his otherwise very nice family has to suffer for it. I'm very sorry they have to suffer him regularly. In my 49 years on this planet this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever been witness to. So much that I had to come here and write a yelp review. After spending 30+ years in the customer service industry I don't even like yelp. Avoid this place, it will eventually be an empty parking lot again soon.
