I normally do most of the maintenance and small repairs on my car myself. However, there are times that I dont have the tools or a lift to do this myself. When this happens I'm normally frustrated by the repair bill and the mechanic treating me like I'm an idiot. So, when I needed some alignment work done recently, my Dad told me about this new guy he had been taking his truck to. Figured I would give him a shot. Although this shop is not near my home, it is close to Dad, so I can visit the old man while the work is being done. When I called, the owner Chris answered and was really friendly. (usually means trouble) He remembered my Dad and set up a Saturday appointment which was good for me. When I met Chris, I was surprised how he actually did not discount my knowledge and took the time to show me his new alignment equipment. Very cool if you like that sort of thing. He then told me how long it would take and the costs involved. I was thinking there would be a surprise at the end. There was! He called me when he was done and I returned to pick up my car. First off, my car was as clean as when I brought it in. And, the repair bill was a little lower than what he quoted me, which was very reasonable. This was a very good experience and I would recommend him to anyone in the Mansfield, Norton, Attleboro area. read more

I checked my car in this week for work on the brakes. I had to schedule a few days in advance because it is so busy. I guess everybody knows what a great job this is already. Well I found out today. They did a great job fixing the brakes, better than the last job did and I liked that shop. I originally planned to fix my water pump myself, but called them the day before it was due to be dropped off and ask them to fix that also. That's a pretty big job on my car, but they were able to do it for me even though they are so busy. They ended up charging a couple hundred less than they quoted. I don't think that has ever happened to me at an auto repair shop before. They definitely have a customer for as long as I am living here. read more

He took my name and number and said he'd call. No call. Ten days later, I went back and had exactly the same conversation with a different guy. No call. The owner Chris is deceitful, cruel & rude!!! Has my car for 3 weeks , charged ... Didn't complete the car ... Can't get my inspection sticker when I pleaded for him to finish fixing it ... He informed me to drive it as is till 2015.. When the engine light won't matter cause of it's age :/....all my boston trips yeah that will work?!!! Told him repeatedly to hold on and fix it .. Let me know the price .. Said he had no time.. After already having it for 3 weeks smdh.. So I have a car that still has issues ! Can't get a sticker ! Asked him are you going to let a customer leave upset ...he replies yes this one :/.. I flipped out naturally .. Who wouldn't ?! He then threatened the cops on me ... I don't even know . ...
