This project took several weeks to complete, which was expected. He recommended installing a basin drain system as the solution, but unfortunately the work was completely ineffective. The crew dug up the parking lot and front of the house to install the drainage system, but left a huge mess behind. There were trenches and uneven areas throughout my parking lot and even extending onto my neighbor's property. The entire job felt rushed, like the priority was finishing as quickly as possible rather than making sure it was done correctly. The drainage system itself was poorly designed. The drains were not installed up against the house where the flooding and water intrusion was actually occurring, and the front of the property was not properly graded to direct water toward the drain. As a result, the system did little to solve the original issue. When I reached back out and asked James to come back and help correct the problems, his response was that they were "already barely making any money on the job." That response made it seem like the focus was more on profit than standing behind the work or making things right for the customer. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the workmanship and the customer service, and I would not recommend using this company for drainage or water intrusion issues.
