Steve recently inspected a home I'm purchasing and not only did he point out issues I wasn't aware…read moreof, but he also did a great job educating me on how everything in the house worked. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the time and detail he provided to help me understand the house I was buying. Early the next morning, I had the inspection report, and was so excited to see that he had told me about all the potential issues while we were in the house too. He also spent extra time trying to investigate the crawl space under the front porch, as we were having trouble finding out what was in there. What makes Steve extraordinary at his job is that he's just a joy to work with. Who else can say their inspection was fun? I was smiling the whole time. Not just because my future house is super cool and has a lot of character, but also because Steve made me feel valued as the client. When we did encounter a minor issue, like getting some wood on the front door fixed, he provided me with recommendations on who to hire to get the work done.
