Services done included: Solar panel cleaning, cleaning out pigeon nest and feces on roof, netting ALL the solar panel areas, installing 2 eaves to prevent pigeons from hiding there and power washing the top of our entrance area. I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. I wish this service would have caused the birds to move on.

Spring of 2026, requested estimate on facia repair. Delivered wood to be painted prior to install (made sense). On day of repair, two individuals arrived and did not speak any English. Needed a power cord for tools and I supplied. Job required additional trim piece and that arrived later so I could paint. That was installed the following week. At issue is that they broke my gate and said nothing, along with almost taking my power cord. Some debris that was blown out of rain gutters was now on patio. Topper was water bottle and caps on front curb. God I hope they get this corrected with staff.
