I was looking to evict the birds that had two nests under my panels and making a mess of my roof. Reached out via Yelp based on reviews and was sent to four other providers. I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. I wish this service would have caused the birds to move on. read more

We were looking for a gutter cleaning company on Yelp and Clean and Shine were the first to respond on a Saturday. He said they could come out on the following Monday which I thought was perfect before the next big storm hit. We have an Alumawood patio that has enclosed gutters and they're very difficult to clean. We ended up using the company and they did the work right away. They did a wonderful job, cleaned both enclosed gutters on 2 separate patios so they're all flowing perfect. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves, which was a really big deal for us. We will be calling them when we need our gutters cleaned again and possibly our solar panels as well. read more

I recently discovered that there were large amounts of bird droppings underneath my solar. I actually didn't mind the sound of the birds coming through the vents but when I saw how destructive it was to my house it was time to get that cleaned up and prevent any more destruction. I called clean and shine on a Thursday afternoon and they were at my house Monday morning. They arrived with the crew of three and they were done within two hours. I have artificial grass and gutters that come off the back of the patio they were very careful to protect my artificial grass with tarps and they cleaned each gutter out by hand. They also used a blower to clean the rest of any loose particles off the patio as well as feathers dirt and bird droppings.. I was having issues with pigeons hanging out on my roof and covering it with poop. I called Clean and Shine to come out and give me an estimate on power washing the droppings. Steve showed up and told me I probably have a bird nest somewhere and told me he would be able to power wash the poop and get rid of the nest. We agreed for an 8 am appointment on a Monday morning. Steve showed up right on time. He found the nest and got rid of the massive amount of bird poop. He also power washed the poop covered cement on the side of my house and thoroughly cleaned everything up that had washed from the roof to the ground. Short of giving our dog a bath they cleaned the entire house !! Washed the Roof and the entire exterior. Looks Great no Dirt, no cobwebs, just clean and shining !! The windows sparkling clean inside and out. Replaced a missing screen for one of the kitchen windows.
