We had a pigeon nest and 3-4 pigeons living under our solar panels, creating a big mess in our backyard with branches, broken eggs shells, pigeon feces on the ground. When I called Jonah he said he was able to come out around 1100 and give a me a quote after inspecting our roof and solar panels. Services done included: Solar panel cleaning, cleaning out pigeon nest and feces on roof, netting ALL the solar panel areas, installing 2 eaves to prevent pigeons from hiding there and power washing the top of our entrance area. We had been looking for someone to come clean and recage around our solar panels since the first company (which I won't name) did not do a good enough job and the birds were still able to get under the panels. (That story is one for another day). Bottom line is Jonah and crew gave me a fair price, worked with me on payment, communicated well, and finished the job. They did the job when I was at work, and when I got home, there was no mess left over. They cleaned up the worksite amazingly and the panels looked awesome. My house had a pigeon problem. It was a major issue with their droppings in the backyard. I saw a paper flier on my door the other day advertising pigeon control services and decided to pull the trigger on S and H. Booking the service was super easy on the website. So when Jonah and his team arrive there was a good sized ledge on my roof above the backyard that the pigeons loved to perch on. Comically enough that day there was even a splattered pigeon egg on the cement patio that had rolled off the roof. He decided it would be best to address the issue not with standard pigeon spikes but with a thin netting to cover that area as the number of spikes necessary would have been quite a lot. On this day the spikes and netting are ordered. The team also performed a great clean out of my AC unit and cleaned my solar panels. Jonah returns a few days later on the arranged day and has the netting and spikes placed within a couple of hours. He also performed an outdoor window cleaning and pressure wash of the patio to get all the old pigeon poop off. Overall prices were great and cheaper than I anticipated. Will the anesthetics of the netting win my house a spot on the next issue of Better Homes and Gardens? Everything I stated in my claim against Solar and Home Care Solutions is true and my screens were deliberately damaged by Jonah. As soon as he left, after reattaching and damaging my screens, he threatened me by text that he would report me to authorities as harassment if I contacted him. Apparently this was his attempt to silence me from exposing his conduct. Jonah's response is not accurate or honest, but merely defensive words attempting to justify his unprofessional behavior. He thought he frightened me from filing a legitimate complaint. Any reviews I have posted previously, over past several years timespan, are justified, reasonable complaints. It saddens me when friends or family spend so much money on special gifts for me and are taken advantage of by greedy businesses sending inferior quality.
