He and his assistant did a great job on cleaning the panels, which were quite dirty. It's been 3 weeks since they were cleaned. I track their energy production on a daily basis and the newly cleaned panels are producing about 20% more energy than they were before I had them cleaned. We will definitely use them for our twice annual cleanings from now on. I will mention that Jonathan did not arrive at our set appointment time. It took him awhile to text back to my query about whether he was still coming, but that was because he was running behind on an earlier cleaning and up on the roof, unable to text back immediately. I don't want to give him less stars for that because I feel that was a legitimate reason for the delay.

When I questioned Ken about the excessive cost for an hours worth of work and no repairs provided, he stated, that he was just really good at his job.... A roofer that expects $3250/hr is absolutely unreasonable.

(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable.
