The deposit was the monthly cost. However, the school started with no communication and of course, no car. There is no customer service phone and when I emailed inquiring why there was no car at I got an angry response: " if operations didn't send the driver information that meant they were not ready. We work with over 8,000 students across the country. Just because they had a delay and miscommunication doesn't mean you have to put our company down" By far the worst experience with any service company. Needless to say: still no car. Save yourself the money and time!

We had travelled to DC for the weekend and we were dropping our rental off at 8pm. Uber and taxis aren't always reliable and didn't want to get stuck at night stranded, so I reached out to a number of car service companies and went with HighLine. SO HAPPY I DID!!! Communication was always available and reliable. Clear expectations on fees, tolls, tip, etc. Our driver, Oumar, even arrived 30mins early, just to be early, in a Lincoln Navigator and waited for us. He never rushed us, told us to take our time,and always responded promptly with text. He helped us with our bags and we enjoyed the pleasant conversation. We had such a good experience that we booked through HighLine again from Manhattan to the airport! We got picked up in a Cadillac and had the same wonderful driver! So reliable, affordable, and clean! Oumar is amazing and a wonderful driver!!! Definitely recommend and will use them again!!!

I rode from Staten Island to Newark airport. The Lincoln town car was older but clean and in safe ridable condition. Once I rode in a competitors car service. The driver's seat was broken and leaning back. Very unsafe and the car was filthy. The room for improvement suggestion for PDQ would be to give one price when quoting transport off of the island, instead of itimizing it. Customers might get confused when tolls are quoted. Telling customers that the price includes transport and tolls is understood better.

AA PDQ charged $34 plus bridge toll which was $13, as the driver claimed not to have an EZ Pass. A Staten Island car company with no EZ Pass? Come on. The car had the velcro for the EZ pass to attach to the window. I suspect it made an appearance on his return journey, when the toll is actually charged. If it had been one of the car services local to where I live, I feel it would have been about $15 less before toll. I feel ripped off - nearly $50 spent for a less than 20 minute trip. Will not use again.
