Wonderful experience! Needed a car service from our off site car rental place in Newark to our hotel in Manhattan. We had travelled to DC for the weekend and we were dropping our rental off at 8pm. Uber and taxis aren't always reliable and didn't want to get stuck at night stranded, so I reached out to a number of car service companies and went with HighLine. SO HAPPY I DID!!! Communication was always available and reliable. Clear expectations on fees, tolls, tip, etc. Our driver, Oumar, even arrived 30mins early, just to be early, in a Lincoln Navigator and waited for us. He never rushed us, told us to take our time,and always responded promptly with text. He helped us with our bags and we enjoyed the pleasant conversation. We had such a good experience that we booked through HighLine again from Manhattan to the airport! We got picked up in a Cadillac and had the same wonderful driver! I was looking for a transportation service to get a party of 6 from Newark Int'l to Manhattan. I'm putting out inquiries and HighLine responded. Carmelo was very pleasant and accommodating as I booked this service. Updates regarding the person driving, type of vehicle, license plate number and cell phone was provided the day before service was rendered. They were on time; the trip to and from the airport was very pleasant and you couldn't beat the price. On our return trip to LGA our lousy driver sideswiped a pickup truck, plowed into a Porsche Cayenne totaling it and smashed into the curb snapping off the wheel and axle of the Escalade. If the curb hadnt stopped us we were headed towards an outside Soul Cycle class of 30 people. Bounced my wife, my dog and I around. I booked an uber to get to LGA in time for our flight. Not one word from High Line. They will be hearing from my attorney. We are experiencing neck and back problems. read more

My family & I were looking for transportation to get us from NYC to Cape Liberty NJ for our family vacation. So it was a no brainer to ask yelp. HighLine Limo was one of the companies to pop up. I sent out quotes to several companies after 8pm not excepting to hear from anyone that night. I was wrong, Carmelo from HighLine Limo responded back almost immediately, asking the necessary questions. At first the transportation was for one way service, Carmelo prices were the most affordable (this included two pick up locations) the price included tax, tolls, & gratuity for the driver. Carmelo emailed me a very professional quote (which I loved), out of all the companies bidding this was the only company that sent over a professional quote. After showing my family the quote & voting we decided to get pricing for a round trip. Again Carmelo responded quickly and had a quote to me within 30 minutes. After discussing things to over with my family, we decided to go with HighLine Limo. The day of travel we had to pick up location, Jamaica, Queens 8am pick up & Long Island City, Queens 9am pick up. The driver called me at 7:30am to let me know he's was on his way to the first pick up. I alerted my sister who was the first pick up that he was on his way. The driver arrived just before 8am, by 8:05am my sister called to say that had left her home & was in route to me. The driver arrived to me by 8:45am (again arriving early). HighLine Limo had sent a 14 passengers sprinter with a luggage compartment. There was more than enough room for all 10 of us. The sprinter was clean, roomy, had AC, and the driver was very professional, & nice. We arrived at the ship terminal earlier than excepted. The return trip was just as smooth & professional. I set the pick up time for 11:00am of course we got of the boat super early. We were off the boat by 8:45am. I texted Carmelo to let him know we were off the ship early and the driver could come early if possible. Carmelo responded within 10 minutes, letting me know he had contacted the driver & he was on his way. Due to traffic we had a little wait but the driver still arrive early @ 10:30am. Once again the driver was professional, the Benz sprinter was roomy, clean, & equipped with AC. The ride home was smooth. I would highly recommend HighLine Limo & will definitely use them in the future. read more

I've used other companies in the past - this time around I was having difficulty getting in contact with another company and found HighLine Limo on Yelp. Within 5 minutes of me messaging the company for a quote Carmelo got back to me with a price. Not only that, but he went ahead and booked the 2 trips I needed and set everything up for me! My ride to the airport was at 3AM - not an easy time to have to work around but the driver was here a few minutes before 3AM, extremely kind and professional. He loaded all of our luggage and got us to the airport quickly. I couldn't have been more thrilled! Even better, the day we were flying back home Carmelo emailed me all of the info for pickup at Newark.
