The Wynwood Shop began in an alleyway in 2013 and many of the artists who hand make the wares displayed in their store on NW 35th Street have been with them since the beginning. Upon walking in I was impressed with how bright and open the store was. The walls are lined with an eclectic assortment of jewelry, accessories, clothes, and art. I even found some that were on sale. You can find even more sale items at their online store. Some of it was interesting like the Barbie earrings and David Bowie necklace but my favorites were the unique sunglasses and delicate bead necklaces. This is a cool place to stop in when you are walking around Wynwood. You may pick up a unique gift or a little something shiny for yourself.

She is rude and does not know the concept of customer service. I wanted a Xanax bras box to give as a gift to my friend and they did not have any new ones. I asked if I could a discount on the display and she wanted to clean the box and give it to me as is with the same price. She also said what does another 5% off do for you doesn't make a difference... well the difference is a HAPPY CUSTOMER WHO WONT COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU! She would talk over me and say that I can't sell this box after you take it so I lose business, as if it's my problem that she does not keep inventory of items that should be available for sale in her store! Totally ridiculous when you're spending $250 plus on other purchases and she can't even give a lousy discount to make the customer happy! The other sales associates were wonderful however. Shout out to JESSIE NELSON she was so sweet and wonderful and wrapped all of our other items and understood what customer service is... you need people like her to work not like MARIA JOSE! Everyone knows my proclivities as a…read morelast-minute shopper, and here I was literally hours before going to a certain electronic music festival this last March since I was out of some rave supplies. Since the weather was supposed to be one of those classic ultra monsoons, I needed both a poncho & some sunglasses! This particular Harbor Freight fit the bill. It was close to my house & still had classic yellow ponchos. Yes because of the announced bad weather those were in short supply anywhere close to downtown Miami. I also needed sunglasses that were priced reasonably so in case I lost them at the venue it wouldn't have been such a hit compared to taking nice ones. Though officially safety glasses, I was able to find traditional black sunglasses as well as those yellow lens ones that were standard at all the raves in the 90's. Though I didn't purchase any, the venue does have tools and other home improvement products. They also have their own parking lot. The in store signage could be a little clearer, though.
