But check out my idea: I'll open my own company and charge everyone $99 per visit and quote ridiculously high fees to scare them. So I'll collect my $99 and net $89 per client net of costs. If someone hires me, I'll just subcontract and still make a profit thanks to the high quote. In a couple of months, I'll be able to put my face on TV and get an AI receptionist. I had never used the "get a quote" feature on yelp until this and I will definitely be using that more often! It walks you through your problem step by step and even allows you to use photos. The business then will reply with an estimate. Mark (the owner) responded within the hour. I then called him and we got an appointment scheduled. Him and his son, Connor showed up and they were both super friendly and went straight to work! They were able to address the issue and fix it within 30 mins or so. He explained to me what had happened and how he corrected it. His service call fee is $110. These guys are very kind and professional. I would recommened them to anyone who needs an electrician. They texted me when they're on their way also which I like. I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler so anytime the phone rings I never answer because I can't hold a conversation with all the noise.

They have a couple of good electricians, but they also have ones that were truly lacking in any expertise or integrity. We had to reinstall our electrical after we were hit by a tornado. They had to come out 5 times and STILL didn't finish the job. We finally told them they we would take care of the rest, because we could plainly see that they had limited interest in quality work in a timely fashion. Live and learn.
